Cafeteria Program. A cafeteria 125 program has been implemented for certificated employees. The provisions of the program are attached to this Agreement as Appendix A and are in full force.
Cafeteria Program. A standard formula will be applied as a ratio form meals prepared per labor hour, (MPLH), according to the American School Board Journal, February, 1994, and from the North Carolina Department of Education Standards. The Standard formula agreed upon is as follows: Lunch: MPLH—18-24 range Breakfast: MPLH—18-38 range In the event the hourly student count falls below 18 MPLH as an average during a full month of school, the cafeteria hours will be reduced to reflect the lower student participation.
Cafeteria Program. The District provides funding for health and welfare benefits 15 for eligible unit members under a Cafeteria program. The District provides 16 maximum monthly contributions of $559.50 for full-time Kaiser “single unit 17 members”, $454.76 for full-time PacifiCare “single unit members, $1,014.14 for full 18 time Kaiser “family unit members”, and “909.40 for fulltime PacifiCare “family unit 20 shall first be applied to the cost of the group health/dental/life insurance plans that 21 the unit member is enrolled in. Any excess funds may be applied pre-tax to I.R.C. 22 125 Plan programs, or taken in cash on a taxable basis at the option of each unit 24 and who opts out of voluntary participation in all group health insurance plans will 1 receive $56.00 pre-tax for I.R.C. 125 programs or in cash on a taxable basis per 2 month.
