Upon the Union’s filing of a Third Party Data Sharing agreement with the HR Department, the City shall provide electronically, at no cost, a list of unit members which includes the following: Emp ID, First Name, Last Name, Initial, Deduct, Service Date, Dept ID, Department, Job Title, Job Locator Code, Mailing Address, City, State, Zip, Home Phone, Work Phone. Any and all information furnished by the City shall be used by the Union solely for the purpose of communicating with unit members, other legitimate union purposes, and shall not be shared with any other individual or organization.
