ORGANIZING. Employees shall have the right to organize; to join and assist the Association; to participate in professional negotiations with the Board through the Association; and to engage in other activities, individually or in concert, for the purpose of establishing; maintaining; protecting; or improving conditions of professional service and the quality of the educational program. Association business is not to be conducted during school hours.
ORGANIZING. This Article describes the procedures that will be followed when the union seeks to represent currently unrepresented employees and shall apply to all, current and future, unorganized IHSS (as defined in Section 8 below) Addus branch offices and any other offices or units agreed to under Article 42 in this agreement.

ORGANIZING. Education Support Professional Employees shall have the right to participate in Association activities as provided by Public Employees Collective Bargaining Act.
ORGANIZING. Members of the bargaining unit for which the Association is the exclusive representative have the right to form, join and participate in the activities of labor organizations of their own choosing for the purpose of representation in collective bargaining with their public employer in matters concerning employment relations. No District representative shall interfere with or take reprisals against any member for exercising these rights.
ORGANIZING. IBT and Teamsters Canada commit to assist IBLE/BLET/TCRC and their affiliates in a major campaign to organize employees within the jurisdiction of the IBLE/BLET and TCRC and, in particular, to bring within the jurisdiction of the IBLE/BLET and the TCRC all locomo- tive engineers, all trainmen and all related operating personnel within the United States and Canada.
