Present Classification Clause Samples
The Present Classification clause defines how certain items, assets, or obligations are categorized at the time the agreement is made. It typically specifies whether something is considered current or non-current, or assigns a particular status to assets, liabilities, or contractual rights as of the present date. For example, it may clarify that certain inventory is classified as current assets or that a debt is considered a short-term liability. This clause ensures clarity and consistency in how items are treated under the agreement, reducing the risk of disputes over their status or treatment in future transactions.
Present Classification. The classifications of the employees covered by this Agreement shall be set out in Schedule "A" to this Agreement plus such additional classifications as the Employer may require.
