Limited Support. If you Purchase a Commercial License, for a period of one year after You initially license the Software under this XXXX, IDV will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct any reproducible failures of the Software to operate in accordance with the Documentation in a material respect and provide updates to You of the Software Product and the SpeedTree Model Library (“Updates”). Thereafter, IDV shall have no obligation to provide any support for the Software Product or the SpeedTree Model Library, but may continue to provide such support at its sole discretion. The means of delivery of Updates shall be at IDV’s sole discretion but may be accomplished through an automated mechanism via the Internet. Updates may, at IDV’s sole discretion, require the acceptance of a new or updated XXXX or other agreement in order for the Update to be installed and/or be operational. Otherwise, any Updates will be subject to the terms of this XXXX. You shall promptly report to IDV any defects You find in the Software Product or the SpeedTree Model Library to aid IDV in creating improved revisions of such items. If you Purchase a Non-Commercial License, nothing in this XXXX shall obligate IDV to provide any support for the Software Product or the SpeedTree Model Library. Limited Support. AT&T will provide limited support, to LICENSEE only, in accordance with AT&T's general support program for the source code version of LICENSED SOFTWARE operating AT&T / ARIEL Proprietary under the Windows environment. Under no circumstances will AT&T provide any level of support for any of the ported versions of LICENSED SOFTWARE or any object code versions of LICENSED SOFTWARE. Neither the execution of this Agreement nor anything in it or in LICENSED SOFTWARE shall be construed as an obligation upon AT&T to furnish any other assistance of any kind whatsoever, or to provide any information or documentation.
Limited Support. Support services for this CSP Agreement is limited to Office 365 and Azure applications. Requests to support other technologies are not covered under this Agreement. Limited Support. The Community Edition License includes support via Licensor’s on-line community forum only. To receive standard support or premium support, Licensee is required to purchase a subscription for an Enterprise Edition License (and pay the corresponding license fees) under a separate written subscription license agreement. Licensor has no obligation to provide updates or upgrades for the Software. In any event, if required by Licensor, Licensee shall promptly download, install and use any Software update made available by Licensor. In any event, Licensee agrees that Licensor may charge in accordance with its then current policies for any professional services that may be provided by Licensor in its sole discretion.
