Object Code. The Licensee has right to use the Licensed Software in Object Code form. Provided that the Licensee has purchased a production licence, the Licensee also has the right to use the Licensed Software in Object Code form temporarily on another INSOURCE-supported configuration, for test or training purposes only.
Object Code. Buyer is not obligated to keep the Licensed Software, in object code or written form, confidential. Nothing in the Agreement is intended to establish, or should be construed as establishing, any kind of confidential relationship between Xxxxx and Seller with respect to the Licensed Software in object code form, regardless of any markings, screen display, or other notices given by Seller at any time. Except in the event of a breach of any representation or warranty set forth in the paragraph entitled "No Restrictions, " Buyer shall refrain from any reverse compilation, disassembly, or other attempt to obtain the Licensed Software in source code form.
Object Code. The license granted herein applies only to the object code version of the Program. Licensee shall have no rights whatsoever with respect to the source code for the Program.
Object Code. Object Code" means the Licensed Software supplied by Licensor to Licensee hereunder, or Derivative Works developed by Licensee hereunder, in machine-readable, compiled object code form.
Object Code. The computer programs comprising the Software will be supplied in object code only.

Object Code. During the License Term of a Module, you may: (i) use the Object Code of that Module, and of Your Software developed using that Module or developed for use with that Module, only when embedded in Designated Equipment or as a driver of a Component, and (ii) manufacture, have manufactured, import, offer to sell and sell (directly and indirectly) Designated Equipment incorporating such Object Code. You may sublicense the rights under (i) only to end users of the Designated Equipment, pursuant to a binding software license agreement meeting the requirements set forth in Exhibit B.
Object Code. Echelon hereby grants Developer a non-exclusive, nontransferable license to use the Object Code solely for the Development Purpose, and to use the Documentation, Support Files and Utilities to support
Object Code. Licensee understands and acknowledges that the Licensed Programs consist of object code only and that SELLER shall not supply source code versions of the Licensed Programs. Licensee shall not create or attempt to create by de-compilation or otherwise, the source code for the Licensed Programs, or any part thereof.
Object Code. This section applies to all software, whether Firmware, Drivers, and/or Application Software, supplied by Cypress in object code or executable form (“Object Code”). Cypress hereby grants to Licensee a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non- transferable license to use and distribute the Object Code for the sole purpose of supporting a Licensee Product in conjunction with a Cypress integrated circuit. Licensee does not have the right to modify or create derivative works of the Object Code. Cypress shall remain the sole owner of all right, title, and interest in and to the Object Code and all intellectual property rights associated therewith (including, without limitation, patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and any other proprietary rights).
