Object Code. The Licensee has right to use the Licensed Software in Object Code form. Provided that the Licensee has purchased a production licence, the Licensee also has the right to use the Licensed Software in Object Code form temporarily on another INSOURCE-supported configuration, for test or training purposes only.
Object Code. During the License Term of a Module, you may: (i) use the Object Code of that Module, and of Your Software developed using that Module or developed for use with that Module, only when embedded in Designated Equipment or as a driver of a Component, and (ii) manufacture, have manufactured, import, offer to sell and sell (directly and indirectly) Designated Equipment incorporating such Object Code. You may sublicense the rights under (i) of this Section 2.2.2 only to end users of the Designated Equipment, pursuant to a binding software license agreement meeting the requirements set forth in Exhibit B.
Object Code. Echelon hereby grants Developer a non-exclusive, nontransferable license to use the Object Code solely for the Development Purpose, and to use the Documentation, Support Files and Utilities to support such efforts. Developer may make up to three (3) copies of the Licensed Software solely to exercise the rights granted above and one (1) copy of the Licensed Software for backup purposes."
Object Code. The Licensed Software is provided in and shall be used in machine-readable object code form only. In no event does this license permit Licensee to reverse-compile or in any way reverse- engineer the Licensed Software object code into source code, translate or otherwise attempt to discover the underlying source code. More specifically, Licensee shall not (i) modify, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of any component of the Licensed Software, nor permit any third party to do so; (ii) copy the Licensed Software, or include the Licensed Software on any media that contains other software; (iii) post, publish or create derivative works based upon the Licensed Software, or (iv) intentionally remove MicroPact’s name, copyright notice, any proprietary trade or service marks, notices, logo, or brand name or mark, from the Licensed Software, material or Documentation received under this Agreement.
Object Code. This section applies to all software, whether Firmware, Drivers, and/or Application Software, supplied by Cypress in object code or executable form (“Object Code”). Cypress hereby grants to Licensee a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non- transferable license to use and distribute the Object Code for the sole purpose of supporting a Licensee Product in conjunction with a Cypress integrated circuit. Licensee does not have the right to modify or create derivative works of the Object Code. Cypress shall remain the sole owner of all right, title, and interest in and to the Object Code and all intellectual property rights associated therewith (including, without limitation, patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and any other proprietary rights).
Object Code. Buyer is not obligated to keep confidential the Licensed Firmware in object code or written form. Nothing in this Agreement or any Purchase Order is intended to establish, or should be construed as establishing, any kind of confidential relationship between Buyer and Seller with respect to the Licensed Firmware in object code form, regardless of any markings, screen displays, or other notices given by Seller at any time. Buyer shall refrain, however, from any reverse compilation, disassembly, or other attempt to obtain the Licensed Firmware in source code form, except to the extent permitted by law.
