Bug Reports. Infortrend shall permit Dot Hill to have access to Infortrend's bug reports (free of charge) that are relevant to the Software. Infortrend shall provide bug reports to Dot Hill on a monthly basis. Access to the bug reports shall be limited to Dot Hill's employees, agents and subcontractors with a need to know. The information in the bug reports shall be deemed to be Infortrend's confidential information and treated in accordance with the confidentiality provisions of the Agreement. Infortrend grants Dot Hill a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully-paid up, perpetual, world-wide license to use, copy and distribute such data for purposes of resolving Dot Hill Customer support issues with respect to the Software.
