Community Forum. 1 Consultant shall conduct Community Forum #1 to introduce the project to the general public. The Consultant will gather feedback on the Design Principles & Evaluation Criteria and the Opportunities & Context Diagram, and will also seek input on the roadway cross- section and the ideas and concepts presented in the Streetscape Ideas Report. The Community Forum will be structured to balance presenting information by Consultant with gathering comments and suggestions from the public. Assumptions: • Consultant shall prepare for, schedule, conduct and document the Community Forum • Consultant shall prepare comment form for distribution at the Community Forum. • Consultant shall gather any feedback received within one week of Community Forum • Meeting will be 2 hours, located in Bend Deliverable(s): • Community Forum presentation materials • Comment form • Summary of comments and responses
Community Forum. Subject to the Bundle purchased by Customer, D-Wave may make available in its sole discretion a community forum (the “Community Forum”), which may be subject to Additional Terms (defined in Section 3.3 below) or guidelines disclosed during sign-up/registration for the Community Forum and any associated code of conduct. The Community Forum is made available in D-Wave’s sole discretion and may be suspended or discontinued at any time. Without limiting the foregoing, a User’s access to the Community Forum can be revoked, limited or terminated by D-Wave if the User fails to comply with this Agreement and/or the applicable Additional Terms, guidelines and/or codes of conduct.
