Employees with more than three (3) but less than twelve (12) months active service, will pay fifty percent (50%) of the monthly premiums by payroll deductions. A list will be put together identifying the Province of Ontario certified licensed massage therapists in the area for employees.

Employees are eligible for coverage the first day of the month following the completion of thirty days of continuous service in a full-time position. Employees who retire shall receive a life insurance policy. Eligibility and amount of coverage shall be in accordance with the terms of the life insurance master agreement.
