Designated Executives definition

Designated Executives means Xxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx X. Xxxxx and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, collectively, and "Designated Executive" shall mean any of the foregoing.

Designated Executives means the Chairman of the Company, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and each other officer, executive or other key employee designated as such by the Committee from time to time.

Designated Executives means the following Executives: the CEO, the Section 16 Officers and each non-Section 16 Officer who reports directly to the CEO.

Examples of Designated Executives in a sentence

• In such cases, the Designated Executives will determine the new participant’s Target Percentage (described below) and other terms of participation (except with respect to the CIO or any other executive officer, as to whom all determinations must be made by the Committee).
