Current Policy definition
Current Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 7.5(c).
Current Policy means any policy of title insurance issued by the Current Insurer after the effective date, determined in accordance with Section VII, of the Current Insurer's becoming a signatory to this Agreement.
Current Policy means the D&O Insurance maintained by the Company as of the date hereof, until renewed for 2007 as described in Section 6.1 of the Company Disclosure Schedule, and thereafter means the D&O Insurance on the terms so renewed. “Limit” means $2 million.

The Tail Policy purchased by the Company shall provide the D&O Indemnified Persons with coverage for six (6) years from and after the Closing Date with respect to acts or omissions occurring at or prior to the Closing Date and shall contain terms and coverage amounts at least as favorable as the terms and coverage amounts of the Current Policy.
