Agreement Term definition

Agreement Term has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1.
Agreement Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
Agreement Term means the period of time commencing on the Effective Date and, unless this Agreement is terminated sooner as provided in Article 16, expiring on the date when no royalty or other payment obligations under this Agreement are or will become due.

  • The Device Term for a New Customer Device, other than a No Term Device described in subsection 1.1.3 of this Section D, is equal to 36 months, starts on the date of activation, and extends beyond the Agreement Term.

More Definitions of Agreement Term

Agreement Term means the period commencing on the Agreement Effective Date and ending on the earlier of (i) the Agreement Regular Termination Date or (ii) the date this Agreement terminates pursuant to Section 8. The “Agreement Regular Termination Date” means the third anniversary of the Agreement Effective Date, provided, however, that commencing on the first anniversary of the Agreement Effective Date, and on each subsequent anniversary (such date and each subsequent anniversary shall be hereinafter referred to as the “Renewal Date”), unless this Agreement is previously terminated, the Agreement Regular Termination Date shall be automatically extended for three years from the latest Renewal Date, unless at least one month prior to the latest Renewal Date, the Company shall give notice to the Executive in accordance with Section 11(c) of this Agreement that the Agreement Regular Termination Date shall not be so extended.
Agreement Term shall begin on the Effective Date and shall continue through December 31, 2001, subject to the following:
Agreement Term means the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the date of termination or expiration of this Agreement, as the case may be.

Agreement Term means the period of time beginning on the date of this Agreement and ending on December 31, 2005, unless this Agreement has been previously terminated as provided in Section 10(f). Agreement Term shall begin on the Agreement Date and shall continue through December 31, 2008. As of December 31, 2008, and on each December 31 thereafter, the Agreement Term shall automatically be extended for one additional year unless, not later than the preceding June 30, either party shall have given notice that such party does not wish to extend the Agreement Term. If a Change in Control shall have occurred during the Agreement Term (as it may be extended from time to time), the Agreement Term shall continue for a period ending on the two-year anniversary of the date of the Change in Control, but if the Termination Date (as defined below) occurs during that two-year period, then the Agreement Term shall continue until the end of the Severance Period (as defined below). Unless the Termination Date occurs during the two-year period after a Change in Control so that the Agreement Term is extended to include the Severance Period, as provided in the immediately preceding sentence, the Agreement Term shall not extend beyond the two-year anniversary of the Change in Control.
Agreement Term shall also include any renewal period under the foregoing provisions of this paragraph 1(e).
