LABOR MANAGEMENT COMMUNICATION COMMITTEE. Each month the Superintendent or designee will meet with the NBEA President, Vice- President, and a tenured representative of each of the six buildings for the purpose of offering teachers the opportunity to document and raise issues concerning building level issues measuring the effectiveness of each building in meeting its mission and goals. The Superintendent will review the results with individual building principals following the monthly meeting.

LABOR MANAGEMENT COMMUNICATION COMMITTEE. 20.1 Purpose and Scope
LABOR MANAGEMENT COMMUNICATION COMMITTEE. The Parties agree to establish a Labor Management Communication Committee for the purpose of ensuring continuing communication and to promote constructive labor-management relations. Unless otherwise agreed the Committee will meet at least quarterly to discuss and exchange information of a group nature and of general interest to both parties.
LABOR MANAGEMENT COMMUNICATION COMMITTEE. The Employer and the Association endorse the goal of a constructive and cooperative relationship. To promote and xxxxxx such a relationship, a Labor/Management Communication Committee will be established. The purpose of the committee is to provide communication between the parties, to share information and concerns and to promote constructive, respectful, meaningful, and cooperative labor management relations. Either party may propose items for discussion on topics which may include, but are not limited to: administration of this Agreement, changes to applicable law, legislative updates, resolving workplace problems, and quality of work life for employees. The committee will meet, discuss, exchange, and consider information of a group nature and general interest to both parties. The Employer and Association will be responsible for the selection of their own representatives. Committee meetings will be scheduled at least quarterly within the academic year on mutually agreeable dates and times. Agenda items will be exchanged prior to the meeting date to the greatest practicable extent. Meetings may be called by either party. The committee established under this Article will have no authority to conduct any negotiations, bargain collectively, or modify this Agreement. The committee activities and discussions will not be subject to the grievance procedures. Nothing in this section shall be construed to obligate either party to modify, limit, restrict, or reduce its rights or prerogatives as outlined elsewhere in this contract.
LABOR MANAGEMENT COMMUNICATION COMMITTEE. 37.1 Purpose‌ The Employer and the Union support the goal of a constructive, respectful and cooperative relationship. To promote and xxxxxx such a relationship the parties agree to establish a structure of joint labor-management communication committees, for the sharing of information and concerns.

  • LABOR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 1. A Statewide Labor Management committee consisting of not more than five (5) members selected by the VSEA from among the bargaining units represented by VSEA and not more than five (5) members selected by the State shall meet periodically to discuss a mutually agreed upon agenda which may include methods of improving labor relations, productivity, safety, and health problems of a continuing nature, or other problems which have an impact on conditions of employment; provided, however, these sessions are not for the purpose of discussing pending grievances or for collective bargaining on any subject.

  • LABOR/MANAGEMENT COMMITTEES Section 1. Labor/Management Committees The parties recognize that the holding of periodic meetings for the exchange of views and information contributes to the effectiveness of the labor/management relationship. Therefore, the parties shall establish Labor/Management Committees (LMC), in accordance with the provisions in this Article, for the purpose of addressing matters of concern in the areas of personnel policies, practices, conditions of employment, and other matters affecting employees. Each LMC will be co-chaired by one member from labor and one member from management.

  • Local Professional Development Committee 1. The Local Professional Development Committee (LPDC) shall be established to oversee and review professional development plans pursuant to ORC 3319.22.

  • Joint Union/Management Committee It shall be appropriate for either the Union or the University to request that a Joint Union/Management committee be convened, with Environmental Health and Safety as a participating member, to discuss health and safety concerns and to explore options for addressing those concerns through appropriate training or other approaches.
