Cooperative Relationship. In an effort to continue harmonious and cooperative 14 relationships with its employees and to insure the orderly and uninterrupted efficient operations 15 of government, the Employer now desires to enter into an agreement reached through collective 16 bargaining which will have for its purposes, among others, the following: 1) To recognize the 17 legitimate interests of the employees of the Employer to participate through collective bargaining 18 in the determination of the terms and conditions of their employment; 2) To promote fair and 19 reasonable working conditions; 3) To promote individual efficiency and service to the citizens 20 of the County of Medina, Ohio; 4) To avoid interruption or interference with the efficient
Cooperative Relationship. The City and the Construction Manager agree to proceed with the Project on the basis of trust, good faith and fair dealing, and shall take all actions reasonably necessary to perform this Agreement in an economical and timely manner, but without sacrificing quality. The City and the Construction Manager agree to consider design modifications and alternative materials or equipment if necessary to permit the Project to be constructed by the dates of Substantial Completion and Final Completion, as established by the mutually-agreed-upon Master Schedule attached hereto.
Cooperative Relationship. In an effort to have harmonious and cooperative relationships with its employees and the Union and to insure the orderly and uninterrupted efficient operations of government, the Employer now desires to enter into an agreement with the Union reached through collective bargaining which will have for its purposes, among others, the following: 1) To recognize the legitimate interests of the employees of the Employer to participate through collective bargaining in the determination of all matters pertaining to wages, hours, or the terms and conditions of their employment; 2) To promote fair and reasonable working conditions; 3) To promote individual efficiency and service to the citizens of the City of Ravenna, Ohio; 4) To avoid interruption or interference with the efficient operation of the Employer’s business; and, 5) To provide a basis for the adjustment of matters of mutual interest between the parties.
Cooperative Relationship. Form a cooperative relationship between the Department and the Service Provider that establishes a mutual understanding of the requirements, and roles and responsibilities of the Parties. This relationship will strive to draw on the strengths of each Party in an effort to achieve quality Services done right the first time, within budget and on schedule. The cooperative relationship will help prevent disagreements and differences from developing into formidable conflicts and disputes. The cooperative relationship and the other provisions of this Contract will not, however, create any partnership, joint venture or joint ownership between the Parties. Therefore, the Parties agree to the following principles:

The cooperative relationship and the other provisions of this Contract will not, however, create any partnership, joint venture or joint ownership between the Parties. Therefore, the Parties agree to the following principles: Promoting the timely transition of Services; Ensuring the Services comply with all applicable laws and regulations; Making timely review and decisions; Effectively communicating and providing information promptly; Maintaining quality control and ensuring quality Services; and, Cooperating and being courteous, respectful, and honest with each other.
Cooperative Relationship. The parties recognize the importance ofworking closely together for the purpose of promoting and improving a cooperative relationship by developing meaningful solutions to workplace issues.
Cooperative Relationship. 9.1 Promptly upon execution of this Agreement, SCA and Restrac will work together to develop a ramp up plan, service scheduling procedure, a roll out plan and a marketing and promotion plan for the delivery of the Scanning Services. During the term of this Agreement, each party will cooperate fully in good faith in order to achieve the purpose of this Agreement, and will provide the other with a reasonable level of technical assistance and education on a continuing basis in order to ensure the successful delivery of the Scanning Services.
Cooperative Relationship. The Port and City place a high priority on a cooperative relationship in recognition of their respective municipal powers. The parties wish to take advantage of the benefits provided by the Airport, while reducing the adverse impacts from the Airport

The Agency and the Union agree that a constructive and cooperative working relationship between labor and management is essential to achieving the Agency’s mission and to ensuring a quality work environment for employees. The parties further recognize that this relationship must be built on a solid foundation of trust, mutual respect, and shared responsibility for organizational success. The parties therefore agree to work together to identify problems and craft solutions, enhance productivity, and deliver the best quality of federal disaster assistance services and resources to the nation.
