Information to the Association. A. Upon prior notice, the Superintendent or designee will make available to the Association information that is available to permit the Association to bargain understandingly and administer this Agreement.
Information to the Association. 26.01 A copy of all directives or regulations establishing OPP policy with respect to working conditions or terms of employment of employees in the bargaining unit and all memoranda or instructions modifying such directives and regulations, shall be forwarded promptly to the head office of the Association.
Information to the Association. 3.9.1 The College shall notify the Association of the terms of employment and salaries of all employees who are offered a regular appointment within 5 days of receipt of signed confirmation of their appointment to the position.

Upon reasonable request, the Board will provide the Association with available information necessary to permit the Association to develop proposals for negotiations, as well as information necessary to investigate grievances arising out of this Agreement. The Board will provide the Association with a copy of the official Wicomico County Public Schools Policy and Procedures Manual. Updates to this Manual will be provided as they are approved and published.
Information to the Association. On or before October 1, the Board will provide the Faculty Association with copies of all Faculty summer contracts for the immediately preceding summer session that have been received by the Office of the Xxxxxxx and Vice Chancellor.
Information to the Association. OC shall provide the Association with a list of administrators holding seconded and attached positions by May 31st of each year.
Information to the Association the Board shall make available public information necessary to the conduct of negotiations. This shall include relevant financial statistics. Such materials shall be provided within a reasonable time following a written request by the Association President or designee. this section shall not be construed as requiring the Board to research or compile data.
Information to the Association. A. The minutes of open official Committee meetings and all other printed materials that are distributed to the Committee members at open official meetings shall be made available to the Association as soon as possible after such meeting. Copies of the agenda of such meetings shall be made available to the Association at the same time as released to publication.
Information to the Association. The Superintendent’s designee shall provide the Association a list of new teachers and their assignments. Agendas for public Board meetings and official minutes are available on the Board of Education’s website. In addition, the Superintendent’s designee shall provide all information related to bargaining as required under the provision of Title 6, Subtitle 4, of the Education Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
Information to the Association. The Hospital will provide the unit 27 chairperson and the Association written notice within fourteen (14) calendar days of the 28 nurse's first day on the job, specifying: name, unit of initial assignment, shift assignment, 29 address, and telephone numbers. Within thirty (30) days after the execution date of this 30 Agreement, ARRMC will provide the bargaining unit membership chairperson with a 31 master list of covered nurses showing the nurse's name, address and date of continuous 32 employment.
