Association Information. The District shall provide the Association with names and building assignments of the bargaining unit members, without cost to the Association, no later than September 30 of each school year. The names and assignments of all bargaining unit members employed after September 30 of each school year shall be supplied to the Association within ten (10) days of the first date of their paid service.
Association Information. VTA agrees to reasonably distribute to each new employee within the represented unit appropriate literature furnished by the Association and a copy of this Agreement.
Association Information. The Association agrees to provide to the District, and to keep current any such submission, the following information:
Association Information. Association representatives shall have access, in response to reasonable requests and at reasonable times, to information concerning the financial resources of the district; budgetary requirements and allocations, and such other information as will assist the Association.

The Employer agrees to furnish the Association information as requested to assist the Association in Contract negotiations, in support of any grievance, and/or support of any academic employee against whom a complaint is filed or pending. This shall include complaints involving dismissal. Confidential personnel information shall be furnished only in accordance with district policy, state, and federal regulations.
Association Information. 9.01 The Board shall provide bulletin board space in each school accessible to the Occasional Teachers and upon which the Association shall have the right to post notices.
Association Information. Annually the district shall provide the association president with a tentative list of the names, addresses, telephone numbers and building assignments for all bargaining unit members.

SECTION A In order for the Association to distribute to newly hired employees Association information about enrollment, the District will provide to the Association the name, the position, the salary, the address and the phone number of all newly hired employees within ten (10) business days of hire.
Association Information. The Company agrees to send, on September of each year, to designated Officers of the a list of Company e-mail addresses as shown on Company records of all employees in the bargaining unit.
Association Information. The Association agrees to supply evidence to support its right to representation approved by a majority of employees of the District, and information relevant to the items of the negotiations.
