Entitlement to Vacation. The Company acknowledges that the Manager shall be entitled to an annual vacation of four (4) weeks. The Manager shall use his best efforts to ensure that such vacation is arranged with the Company in advance such that his vacation does not unduly affect the operations of the Company.
Entitlement to Vacation. (a) The vacation allowance shall not be vested with the employee until completion of six months of service with the District. The employee shall not be entitled to take any vacation time until the employee has completed the six months of service, except for any period of mandatory vacation scheduling.

Full-time employees shall be entitled an annual vacation with pay calculated from the date of seniority as follows: New Hires: An employee with less than one (1) year‘s service as of December shall be entitled to vacation pay at the rate of one (1) day for each complete month of service, to a maximum of ten (1O) days; On completion of one (I)year of service as of December an employee shall be entitled to ten (1O) days vacation; An employee shall be allowed fifteen (15) days of vacation in the calendar year in which their third anniversary falls; An employee shall be allowed twenty (20) days of vacation in the calendar year in which their eighth anniversary falls; An employee shall be allowed twenty-five (25) days of vacation in the calendar year in which their sixteenth (1 anniversary falls; An employee shall be allowed thirty (30) days of vacation in the calendar year in which their eighteenth (1 anniversary falls; Full-time employees who have an adjusted seniority date due to accredited hours worked as a part-time employee shall have their vacation entitlement determined by that adjusted seniority date per the calculation in Article
Entitlement to Vacation. A. All permanent, full-time bargaining unit employees (non-exempt) are entitled to vacation with pay in accordance with Department Policy No. 7 Vacation or Annual Leave as summarized below in this Section. This new accrual process will begin in June of 2018.
