Relief Periods. Employees will be allowed breaks within the shift without reduction in pay and without increasing the regular working hours as follows: Shift Length Breaks Up to, and including 5.5 hours 1 – 15 minute break More than 5.5 hours 2 – 15 minute breaks In addition to the above, any shift over five (5) hours will also have a half (½) hour unpaid lunch within the shift.
Relief Periods. All employees working more than three and one-half (3½) hours and up to and including five (5) hours per day shall receive one (1) ten (10) minute rest period. All employees working more than five (5) hours and up to and including six (6) hours per day shall receive one (1) fifteen (15) minute rest period. All employees working more than a six (6) hour day shall receive two (2) ten (10) minute rest periods.

Relief Periods a. Employees, except for Operating employees, shall be as- signed or allowed one (1) fifteen (15)-minute relief pe- riod to start not less than one (1) hour from the begin- ning or end of each session when working in Company buildings unless unusual conditions develop.
Relief Periods. A. Employees in an inside environment shall be granted a 15 minute relief period with pay during each session. Such relief periods shall be assigned or allowed as near the mid-point of the session as feasible or practicable, but in no event shall they be assigned to start less than one hour from the beginning or end of each session unless a service emergency develops.
Relief Periods. Members whose work schedule prohibits relief or refreshment during their shift shall be allowed one relief break not to exceed fifteen (15) minutes in duration without loss of pay during the first half of the shift and fifteen (15) minutes during the second half of the shift and each half shift thereafter. When working other than the regular shift, relief breaks may be taken each two (2) hours without loss of pay.
Relief Periods a) A relief period of fifteen (15)minutes away from work will be provided during the second or third hours of each half-shift. Employees who work on a shift which is ten (10) hours or longer will be granted an extra relief period of up to fifteen (15) minutes away from work. Plans for providing relief and lunch periods will be worked out by mutual Agreement between the employees in a Department and their immediate Departmental Supervision.
Relief Periods. All elementary teachers may have at least a ten (10) minute relief period in both the morning and afternoon each day. It shall be the teacher's responsibility, as spelled out in the School Code, to provide adequate supervision for his/her class during his/her absence during these relief periods.
Relief Periods i) Relief periods as referred to in Article 13.01 (b) may be combined into one (1) relief period subject to the Clinical Director’s or designate approval. Meal and relief periods cannot be used to shorten the length of the shift.
Relief Periods. There will be one (1) fifteen (15) minute relief period for any four (4) hour increment of work. Relief periods shall be taken at reasonable and convenient times so as not to interfere with the Employer's operations. Relief periods may not be taken during the one-half (1/2) hour period after the start of the shift, the one-half (1/2) hour period preceding the end of the shift, or the one-half (1/2) hour period before or after the lunch period.
