Department Staffing. To the extent that funding is available, the Department agrees to establish or to maintain one or more positions that shall be filled by a qualified person with knowledge of and experience with tribal identities in Minnesota and Indian child welfare. The Department will include representation from the Indian Child Welfare Advisory Council in the hiring process. The job duties will include strengthening and monitoring services to American Indian children and families provided by the local social service agencies and private child placement agencies and ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Indian Child Welfare Act, Minnesota Indian Family Preservation Act and this Agreement. Such compliance shall be monitored in a manner that is mutually acceptable to the individuals referred to in Part II, Section D of this Agreement, as the agreement compliance contact.
Department Staffing. The Department agrees to furnish at no extra charge to the User, the following services as may be required for the use of the Greek Theatre for said purpose: General house sound and lighting, the services of the venue oversight management staff and parking lot attendants. The User understands and agrees that during the term of this User Agreement other productions or events may be held in other parts of the Greek Theatre, which are not included in this User Agreement, and shall not unreasonably interfere with the activities of this User Agreement.
Department Staffing. A. For no reason shall the number of fulltime members (6) Equipment Operator and (1) mechanic in the bargaining unit of the Street Department be reduced because of the addition of a part-time position.
Department Staffing. It shall be the intent of this Agreement, that there shall be two (2) officers on duty during busy holiday periods and as the Chief of Police may desire. Effective July 1, 1995 through June 30, 1998
Department Staffing. A. The parties agree that during the life of this collective bargaining agreement, if either party requests, they will enter into discussions for the purpose of adding part time staffing to the Salem Fire Department. For no reason shall the number of full-time members (15) in the bargaining unit be reduced because of the addition of a part-time position.
Department Staffing. A minimum of four bargaining unit member personnel shall be maintained on duty on each shift, and ordinarily a minimum of five bargaining unit member personnel shall be scheduled on each shift. If sufficient fire fighting personnel are not available to meet minimum staffing requirements, employees will be recalled on overtime or held over. The parties agree that the minimum staffing levels provided in this Article shall be maintained for the term of this Agreement, unless a reduction in the Airport’s index requires a reduction in staffing. In that event, the parties agree that staffing will not be reduced until the parties have bargained pursuant to RCW 41.56 concerning any effects. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this article, Employer agrees to not lay off current bargaining unit members during the term of this Agreement. Furthermore, Battalion Chiefs, who are not bargaining unit members, will be allowed to count towards the minimum staffing requirements that are set forth herein, but only until December 31, 2011.
Department Staffing. The bargaining unit will consist of a minimum of forty-two (42) personnel consisting of one (1) Assistant Chief, three (3) Captain/Shift Commanders, one Captain/Fire Prevention Officer, one (1) Captain/Training Officer, twelve (12) Lieutenants and twenty-four (24) Firefighter/EMTs.
Department Staffing. The CASA volunteer shall be notified and may participate in regular staffings convened for informational purposes and conducted by the social worker assigned to the case. The CASA volunteer shall be notified of treatment plan changes prior to implementation.
