Plan Changes. In the event the Employer modifies its current benefit plans, or provides an alternative plan(s), the Employer will review the plan changes with the Union prior to implementation. The Employer shall notify the Union at least ninety (90) days prior to the intended implementation date. The implementation date is the effective date of the new plan.

Plan Changes. If a reinsured policy is changed to another plan of insurance that is not currently reinsured under this Agreement as defined in Schedule A, then the reinsurance, with respect to the reinsured policy, under this Agreement will cease as of the effective date of the change. If a policy that is not reinsured under this Agreement is changed to a plan that is reinsured under this Agreement as defined in Schedule A and the insured has met THE COMPANY’s underwriting requirements for the plan change, then reinsurance will commence as of the policy date of the new plan.
Plan Changes. You agree that BECU may, at any time, change any part of this Agreement (including but not limited to adding new provisions, deleting existing ones, or changing any other terms and conditions of this agreement relating to your Plan or account), provided we have given you notice in advance of the change, if required by law. Any notice of change in terms required by law will be sent to the last address appearing on the records of BECU, unless you notify us of the change in your address within a reasonable time prior to the notice being sent.

Plan Changes. If Metro does not voluntarily change plans, rather the health insurance carrier or benefits administrators change the terms of a plan during the life of the contract, Metro and the Union agree to accept those changes or go to the next best available plan at such time as the JLMC for Health Benefits can be reconvened and make a recommendation. The parties agree to meet at the earliest possible date and discuss that portion of the contract. At no time shall Metro operate outside of the health insurance plan structure which it is offering employees.
