Management Staff. The Management Staff shall be the following four full- time positions that will be solely dedicated to the Golf Course: the General Manager; Golf Course Superintendent; Food Service Manager; and Sales and Marketing Director. OPERATOR shall inform CITY of any changes to Management Staff. OPERATOR may adjust or combine the positions and provide notification to the Parks Director.

The name, address, daytime and evening telephone and email addresses of the lead contact for Tenant's Employees (the "Site Operations Manager") shall be furnished to Landlord and updated reasonably promptly if the same shall change. All matters pertaining to the employment or retention of such Tenant's Employees or independent contractors are the responsibility of Tenant, who shall in all respects be the employer of Tenant's Employees or the contracting party with any independent contractor. At no time shall the Tenant's Employees and/or independent contractors of Tenant and/or their employees be considered employees or independent contractors of Landlord.

  • Project Staff Contractor shall appoint to the Project Staff: (i) individuals with suitable training and skills to provide the Work, and (ii) sufficient staffing to adequately provide the Work. Contractor shall make commercially reasonable efforts consistent with sound business practices to honor the specific request of the JBE with regard to assignment of its employees. The JBE may require Contractor to remove any personnel from the Project Staff that interact with any personnel of the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors (including, without limitation, the Contractor Project Manager) upon providing to Contractor a reason (permitted by law) for such removal. Contractor may, with the JBE’s consent, continue to retain such member of the Project Staff in a role that does not interact with any personnel of the Judicial Branch Entities or

Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Project Management Project Management Institute (PMI) certified project manager executing any or all of the following: • Development of Project Charter • Development of project plan and schedule • Coordination and scheduling of project activities across customer and functional areas • Consultation on operational and infrastructure requirements, standards and configurations • Facilitate project status meetings • Timely project status reporting • Address project issues with functional areas and management • Escalation of significant issues to customers and executive management • Manage project scope and deliverable requirements • Document changes to project scope and schedule • Facilitate and document project closeout
