Staffing. There shall be a clinician employed by the outside contractor for EAP Services who will be on-site a minimum of 20 hours a week. The clinician shall report directly to the outside contractor, Peer Assistance Oversight Committee and the MIF liaison. There shall be three full-time Peer Assistants reporting to the outside contractor.
Staffing. Consultant will designate in writing to Authority its representative, and the manner in which it will provide staff support for the project, which must be approved by Authority. Consultant must notify Authority’s Contract Representative of any change in personnel assigned to perform work under this Contract, and the Authority’s Contract Representative has the right to reject the person or persons assigned to fill the position or positions. The Authority’s Contract Representative shall also have the right to require the removal of the Consultant’s previously assigned personnel, including Consultant’s representative, provided sufficient cause for such removal exists. The criteria for requesting removal of an individual will be based on, but not limited to, the following: technical incompetence, inability to meet the position’s qualifications, failure to perform, poor attendance, ethics violation, unsafe work habits, or damage to Authority or other property. Upon notice for removal, Consultant shall replace such personnel with personnel substantially equal in ability and qualifications for the positions and shall submit the proposed replacement personnel qualification and abilities to the Authority, in writing, for approval.
Staffing. 1. Contractor shall adhere to MPS' Livable Wage Policy (MPS Administrative Policy 3.09(17)) which requires all contractors to pay their employees at a minimum, an amount equal to the hourly wage rate set forth in the City of Milwaukee’s livable wage policy or as amended. The amount can be found on the City of Milwaukee website under Procurement/Forms. Contractor shall provide sufficient staff to operate the Educational Program under this Contract, including sufficient staff during the summer months to enroll pupils for the upcoming school year. Contractor shall employ sufficient social work staff to adequately serve all social work referrals and matters, including, but not limited to, those involving MPS Administrative Policy 8.14, Truancy, attached here to and incorporated herein by reference as Appendix G. Contractor shall ensure that it only employs or utilizes persons appropriately licensed by the State Superintendent under Wis. Stat. § 115.28(7) for pupils in the Educational Program, or ensure that only such persons supervise the individuals providing instruction and support services to the pupils in the Educational Program. Contractor shall ensure that all instruction and pupil support services provided in the Educational Program under this Contract are provided by one of the following:
a. Professional staff members as described in Wis. Stat. § 121.02(1)(a), i.e., teachers, supervisors, administrators and professional staff members who hold a certificate, license or permit to teach issued by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction before entering into duties for such positions; or
b. If the teacher does not have a valid teaching license issued by DPI, he or she must take the following steps: • Enroll in an accredited teacher licensure program, if not already enrolled. And submit the following documentation to the MPS Office of Human Resources: • Letter from school/program indicating enrollment status in teaching licensure program. • Results of the CORE PRAXIS II exam. • Application for an emergency license with application fee.
c. If the teacher does have a valid teaching license issued by DPI, but is not for the grade-level or content-area teaching assignment, the teacher must submit an emergency application and fee to the DPI for an emergency alternative education license. This application will be accepted if the teacher is enrolled in an alternative education program with the ability to complete the required coursework within three years.

It is expressly understood and agreed that there shall be no staffing requirements on New Media Productions and that there will be full interchange of job functions among Employees, so that a single Employee may be required to perform the functions of multiple job classifications covered hereunder.

The Contractor shall maintain a high level of Contract performance and data reporting capabilities regardless of staff vacancies or turnover. The Contractor shall have an effective method to address and minimize staff turnover (e.g., cross training, use of temporary staff or consultants, etc.) as well as processes to solicit staff feedback to improve the work environment. These processes will be verified during the readiness review. The Contractor shall have position descriptions for the positions discussed in this section that include the responsibilities and qualifications of the position such as, but not limited to: education (e.g., high school, college degree or graduate degree), professional credentials (e.g., licensure or certifications), work experience, membership in professional or community associations, etc.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, NLCS will provide the services of the individual identified on the attached Schedule B, as may be amended from time to time by NLCS in its sole discretion (the “Chief Compliance Officer”), who shall be appointed by the Board as the Chief Compliance Officer for the Trust and each Fund of the Trust. In addition, NLCS will provide support staff to the Chief Compliance Officer to assist him in all aspects of his duties under this Agreement. The Chief Compliance Officer will lead the engagement and will have overall supervisory responsibility for the ongoing obligations hereunder.
Staffing. 1. Grantee shall staff the CSC-FEP team(s) exclusively with personnel essential to the team roles described in Attachment A-1, CSC Manual II: Implementation, and Attachment A-3, CSC Manual I: Outreach and Recruitment, of the Grant Agreement, which must include the following team members:
a. Team Lead;
b. Licensed Professional of the Healing Arts (LPHA), who can also serve as a team lead;
c. Supportive Employment and Education Specialist (SEES), as described at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, but certification through ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ is not required;
d. Licensed Counselor, if counseling is not provided by the Team Lead;
e. Case Manager or Skills Trainer;
f. Certified Peer Specialist;
g. Certified Family Partner who is available to all enrolled individuals in CSC-FEP; and
h. Psychiatrist, Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurse, or Physician Assistant.
2. Staff roles identified in Section I(C)(1) of this Attachment A, Statement of Work (Version 2), may be combined when appropriate. However, the Certified Family Partner and the Certified Peer Specialist roles cannot be combined.
3. Grantee must required staff roles or credentialing standards, with the exception of medical staff.
4. Grantee shall employ at least 3.0 to 4.0 FTE per CSC-FEP team, the members of which must include those positions listed in Sections I(C)(1)(a-g) of this Attachment A, Statement of Work (Version 2). The requirement in the preceding sentence excludes the amount of time for the Psychiatrist, Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurse, or Physician Assistant dedicated solely to the CSC-FEP program. The 3.0 to 4.0 FTE CSC-FEP team members must include at least 0.5 FTE for Certified Family Partner and 0.5 FTE for Certified Peer Specialist per CSC Team.
5. Grantee shall limit use of the CSC-FEP grant to recruit staff members serving only the CSC-FEP program needs.
6. In situations when Grantee is unable to recruit a fully licensed staff member, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may request alternate staff credentials to be considered to fill the roles of the team. Any deviation, excluding the medical staff, from Sections I(C)(1)(a-g) of this Attachment A, Statement of Work (Version 2), must receive the prior written approval of System Agency.
7. If a CSC-FEP team member leaves their position, Grantee shall notify System Agency of the vacancy within fifteen (15) business days, and its notification shall plan to ensure that those duties are fully executed by qualified staff
