Intent of this Agreement. (a) The parties to this Agreement have reached an understanding concerning various aspects of (i) their business relationship with each other and (ii) the organization and operation of the Company and its business. They wish to use rights created by statute to record and bind themselves to that understanding. The Members hereby agree that this Agreement constitutes the “Member Control Agreement” and “Bylaws” as such terms are used in Chapter 322B and the “Operating Agreement” as that term is used in Chapter 322C of the Minnesota Statutes.
Intent of this Agreement. Intent of this Agreement. City and Developer desire that the development of the Property pursuant to this Agreement will result in significant benefits to Developer by assurances to Developer that it will have the ability to develop the Property in accordance with the Entitlements.
Intent of this Agreement. In 1995, an informal alliance, known as the Xxxxxx County Geographic Information System Users Group (“Users Group”), was formed among Governmental Units interested in using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and data created and maintained by Xxxxxx County. This agreement is intended to establish and enable the Users Group to represent the parties to this Agreement for the purposes of undertaking negotiations and transactions.
Intent of this Agreement. It is the intent of this Agreement to adjust as quickly as possible any complaints or differences between parties. For purposes of this Agreement, a grievance is defined as a difference arising between the parties relating to the interpretation, application, administration or alleged violation of the Agreement or the discipline, discharge or suspension of an employee covered by this Agreement.

I have read the above, in addition to the Community Room Use Policy and the COVID-19 Pandemic Modifications, and agree to all terms and conditions.

The parties intend this Agreement to control the business and affairs of the Company, including the Company's governance structure, the Company's dissolution, winding up, liquidation and termination, and the relations between the Company's Members.
Intent of this Agreement. The intent and purpose of this Agreement is to establish agreed upon wages, hours, terms and conditions of employment for all Fire Fighters in the bargaining unit represented by the Union, which wages, hours, terms and conditions of employment shall be set as forth in this Agreement for the term of this Agreement unless changes are mutually agreed upon between the City and the Union.
Intent of this Agreement. This Agreement is intended to control, to the extent stated or fairly implied, the business and affairs of the Company, including the Company's governance structure and the Company's dissolution, winding up and termination, as well as the relations among the Members and the Manager.
