DEDUCTION FROM WAGES. The Board agrees to deduct dues from the wages of members for local Association and the Pennsylvania Educational Support Professional Association as said members authorize the Board to deduct and transmit the monies by check to the Council Rock Educational Support Professional Association. The CRESPA/ESPA/PSEA will provide the Board with a list of those employees who have authorized the Board to deduct dues for the Association. The time schedule for deductions and format for the payroll deduction authorization card will be jointly reviewed and determined with the payroll department of the business office. These may include but are not limited to: ▪ Specific PPE not returned to the Company; ▪ Relocation expenses; ▪ Any overpayments made to you; ▪ The cost of the replacement or repair of any equipment issued to you that has been either lost or wilfully damaged or stolen; ▪ Mobilisation cost recovery; ▪ Any traffic related infringements; ▪ Recovery of cost of clothing issued as per clause 17; and ▪ Clothing issued.
