Time Schedule. 4.1. A project schedule is included in Appendix A.
Time Schedule. The basic considerations and the essence of the 'Contract' shall be the strict adherence to the time schedule for performing the specified 'Works'.
Time Schedule. 7.1 The Design-Builder will submit for review by the Owner, by no later than 14 days after the Effective Date and, in any event, before the Owner is required to make the first payment, a Time Schedule consistent with the form of Time Schedule included in the Proposal Extracts.
Time Schedule a. Within sixty (60) days after the Effective Date, Tenant shall furnish to Landlord for its review and approval a proposed detailed space plan for the Tenant Improvements (the “Final Space Plan”) prepared by the Tenant’s Architect, in consultation with Landlord, the Construction Supervisor and the Engineers. The Final Space Plan shall contain the information and otherwise comply with the requirements therefor described in Schedule C-1 attached hereto. Landlord shall advise Tenant of Landlord’s approval or disapproval of the Final Space Plan within five (5) Business Days after Tenant submits the Final Space Plan to Landlord. Tenant shall promptly revise the proposed Final Space Plan to meet Landlord’s reasonable objections, if any, and resubmit the Final Space Plan to Landlord for its review and approval within five (5) Business Days of Tenant’s receipt of Landlord’s objections, if any. Landlord shall advise Tenant of Landlord’s approval or disapproval of the revised Final Space Plan within five (5) Business Days after Tenant’s delivery of same to Landlord.
Time Schedule. CalSTRS will use its best efforts to adhere to the time schedule. However, CalSTRS reserves the right to amend the time schedule, as it deems necessary or appropriate. Time Schedule. The work shall be done by the contractor according to time schedule approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Time Schedule. Within thirty (30) days after initiation of arbitration, the Parties shall reach agreement upon and thereafter follow procedures directed at assuring that the arbitration will be concluded and the final award rendered within no more than six (6) months from selection of the three arbitrators. Failing such agreement, the LCIA will design and the Parties will follow procedures directed at meeting such a time schedule.
Time Schedule. This Annex will enter into force on 27th March, 1985, and will remain in force for a period of three years. It may be extended by agreement of two or more Participants, acting in the Executive Committee and taking into account any recommendations of the Agency's Committee on Energy Research and Development concerning the term of this Annex, which shall thereafter apply only to those Participants.

The Delivery shall be carried out in accordance with the time schedule specified by the Client in Appendix 1 (project description and specifications); the delivery is stated in the Agreement with enclosures, any other deliveries shall be agreed in writing and shall be enclosed with the Agreement.
Time Schedule. A services agreement must specify a start and completion date. The completion date cannot be a date past the termination date of the federal grant, award, or funding source. If an end date cannot be determined, a maximum time limit (i.e., not to exceed date) or maximum number of work units (e.g., consecutive calendar days, etc.) must be stated.
