Time Schedule. CalSTRS will use its best efforts to adhere to the time schedule. However, CalSTRS reserves the right to amend the time schedule, as it deems necessary or appropriate. Time Schedule. The basic considerations and the essence of the 'Contract' shall be the strict adherence to the time schedule for performing the specified 'Works'.
