This includes being the first point of contact and providing basic guidance on department enquiries and escalate as needed. • Provide high level administration and support services to the People and Governance department (People & Culture, Risk & Safety and Governance) with tasks such as: o Generating, maintain and formatting schedules, reports, registers, communications and correspondence (including staff pinboards) and website/intranet content o Communicating, distributing/publishing, TRIMing information as required, including Briefing and OHS Committee minutes and informal records of Councillor Meetings o Scheduling meetings and interviews including booking rooms/facilities and corresponding with attendees as required o Inputting and maintaining data for reporting requirements and collecting information as required o Monitor inboxes and correspondence o Raise Purchase orders and manage the payment of invoices. o Providing administration back up for the People & Culture Officer whilst on leave • Support the Risk and Safety Advisor with the internal audit program and maintenance of OHS records, minutes and registers (including updating and maintaining the OHS Information Management system). • Support the Senior People and Culture Officer with Return-to-Work documentation requirements and liaising with relevant stakeholders. • Work with the People and Culture Officer to ensure accurate and timely actions to support urgent activities. • Assist the department correctly and accurately store, maintain and report on records and information.
