Deductions from Sick Leave. A deduction shall be made from accumulated sick pay credits of all normal working days (exclusive of holidays) absent for sick leave as defined in Article 19.02. Absence on account of illness for less than one-half (1/2) day may be deducted as one-half (1/2) day; absence for more than a half day but less than a full day may be deducted as a full day.
