The Board agrees to deduct from the salaries of its employees, dues for the Brigantine Education Association, the Atlantic County Council of Education Association, the New Jersey Education Association, or the National Education Association, or any one or any combination of such association, as said employee individually and voluntarily authorizes the Board to deduct.
