Customer Content. As part of the Services provided under this Agreement, Customer Data will be stored and processed in the data center region specified in the applicable Ordering Document. Axway shall not access Customer Content except in response to support or technical issues where Customer provides Axway with prior Customer’s written authorization required to access such Customer Content. Axway is not responsible for unauthorized access, alteration, theft or destruction of Customer Content arising from Customer’s own or its authorized users’ actions or omissions in contravention of the Documentation. Customer’s ability to recover any lost data resulting from Axway’s misconduct is limited to restoration by Axway from the most recent back-up.
Customer Content. (1) Customer is solely responsible for the content and preservation of all data (A) entered into the Cloud Services by or on behalf of Customer; (B) generated through Customer’s use of the Product; or (C) collected by the Product while interacting with other Customer equipment or systems (collectively, “Customer Content”). Customer has and shall maintain the legal bases and right to share Customer Content with S&SC and its service providers. Customer shall secure and maintain all rights in Customer Content necessary for the provision of the Cloud Services without violating the rights of any non- party or otherwise obligating S&SC or its service providers. S&SC does not assume any obligations with respect to the Customer Content other than as expressly set forth in this agreement or as required by applicable law.
Customer Content. Customer is responsible for the Customer Content and entering it into the Products. Customer has sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, and appropriateness of Customer Content, and for obtaining all rights related to Customer Content required in connection with the performance, receipt or use of the Products or Support Services. Customer will collect and maintain all personal data contained in the Customer Content in compliance with applicable data privacy and protection laws.
Customer Content. You own and reserve all right, title and interest in your Customer Content. By sending Customer Content to a Hosted Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty free, non-exclusive license to access and use the Customer Content for purposes of providing you the Hosted Service.
Customer Content. If Xxxx believes a problem with the Service Offering is caused by, or results from, Customer Content, or Your use of the Service Offering, then You agree to cooperate with Dell in order to identify and resolve the problem.
Customer Content. Customer hereby grants Vintory a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license, revocable at will by Customer, to copy and use all content, material, and information provided by Customer, including but not limited to Customer logos, trademarks, service marks, and material subject to copyright (“Customer Content”) solely in connection with the Deliverables to be performed by Vintory under this Agreement. Customer represents and warrants that the Customer Content is owned by Customer, or that the Customer has permission from the rightful owner to use the material or content and that such does not infringe upon any intellectual property right or other third-party rights.
Customer Content. Depending on the Subscription Services purchased via a Quote, Customer may use KnowBe4’s Subscription Services for the hosting of its assets, content, and other materials, such as certain reports; documents; manuals; audiovisual materials; photos; videos; and audio files, to make available to Active Users on or through the KnowBe4’s LMS or Web Hosted Services (“Customer Content”). Customer shall retain ownership of the Customer Content. Subject to, and conditioned on, Customer’s and its Users’ compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, during the applicable Subscription Term, KnowBe4 will provide Customer and Active Users remote electronic access to the Customer Content through the Subscription Services in accordance with this Agreement. KnowBe4 has the right to: (a) take any action with respect to Customer Content that it deems necessary or appropriate, in KnowBe4’s sole discretion, including if KnowBe4 reasonably believes that such Customer Content violates this Agreement, infringes any intellectual property right or other right of any person or entity, threatens the personal safety of any person, or creates potential liability for KnowBe4; (b) take appropriate legal action including, without limitation, referral to law enforcement related to any illegal or unauthorized Customer Content provided by Customer; or (c) terminate or suspend Customer’s access to the Subscription Services for violation of this Agreement. Customer grants KnowBe4, its third party providers, and each of their respective licensees, successors, and assigns the right to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose the Customer Content as necessary to make the Customer Content available to Customer and its Active Users through the Subscription Services. Customer represents and warrants that: (a) Customer owns all rights in and to the Customer Content and/or has the right to grant the licenses granted herein to KnowBe4, its third party providers, and each of their respective licensees, successors, and assigns; and (b) all Customer Content does and will continue to comply with this Agreement; (c) all Customer Content does and will continue to comply with all applicable laws and regulations; and (d) the Customer Content does not and will not: (i) contain any material which is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable; (ii) promote sexually explicit or pornographic material...
Customer Content. Provider may copy, display, modify, and use Customer Content only as needed to provide and maintain the Product and related offerings. Customer is responsible for the accuracy and content of Customer Content.
Customer Content. (a) Customer is solely responsible for the development, content, operation, maintenance, and use of Customer Content including but not limited to responsibility for: (i) any claims relating to Customer Content, including claimed violations of applicable law; and (ii) properly handling and processing notices that are sent to Customer (or any Customer Affiliate) regarding Customer Content, such as by any person claiming that Customer Content violate such person’s rights, including notices pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

By sending Customer Content to a Hosted Service, Customer grants Graylog and its authorized licensors or service providers providing any part of the Hosted Services a worldwide, royalty free, non-exclusive license to access and use the Customer Content for purposes of providing Customer the Hosted Service.
