Ordering Document definition

Ordering Document or "order" means a document that is expressly governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement by which, when accepted by Oracle, You order Services from Oracle.
Ordering Document means the purchase agreement, evaluation agreement, beta, pre-release agreement or similar agreement between the Company and Cisco or the Company and a Cisco reseller, or the valid terms of any purchase order accepted by Cisco in connection therewith, containing the purchase terms for the Software license granted by this Agreement.
Ordering Document means the document executed by Customer that identifies the specific quantities, charges, and other applicable terms and conditions (including other exhibits) of Customer’s order of DN products, software and/or services, as they relate to this exhibit.

Examples of Ordering Document in a sentence

  • Other than as set forth in subsection (a) above, recurring Services are not warranted but rather will be subject to the requirements of the applicable Addendum or Ordering Document.

  • If a specific invoicing or payment schedule is set forth in the applicable Addendum or Ordering Document, such schedule will apply solely with respect to such Addendum or Ordering Document.

  • Thus, unless otherwise specified in the applicable Ordering Document, the Subscription Terms for all Subscription Software and recurring Services hereunder will be synchronized.

  • The duration of Customer’s subscription to the first Subscription Software and any associated recurring Services ordered under this SSA (or the first Subscription Software or recurring Service, if multiple are ordered at once) will commence upon delivery of such Subscription Software (and recurring Services, if applicable) and will continue for a twelve (12) month period or such longer period identified in an Ordering Document (the “Initial Subscription Period”).

  • The annual subscription Fee for Subscription Software and associated recurring Services may include certain one-time Fees, such as start-up fees, license fees, or other fees set forth in an Ordering Document.


More Definitions of Ordering Document

Ordering Document means collectively the Order Form(s) and SOW(s).
Ordering Document means the instrument(s) of contracting, such as “PO”, “Purchase Order”, “Release”, “Contract”, “Subcontract”, “Task Order”, or other such type designation, into which this Agreement is incorporated.
Ordering Document means any order on a Tableau order form which references this Agreement. Each Ordering Document which references this Agreement shall be deemed a part of this Agreement.
Ordering Document. “order” and ”Order Form”; “Services Term” and “Services Period”; “Your Data”, Company Data” and “Your Content”.
