Ordering Document definition

Ordering Document or "order" means a document that is expressly governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement by which, when accepted by Oracle, You order Services from Oracle.
Ordering Document means the purchase agreement, evaluation agreement, beta, pre-release agreement or similar agreement between the Company and Cisco or the Company and a Cisco reseller, or the valid terms of any purchase order accepted by Cisco in connection therewith, containing the purchase terms for the Software license granted by this Agreement.
Ordering Document means the document executed by Customer that identifies the specific quantities, charges, and other applicable terms and conditions (including other exhibits) of Customer’s order of DN products, software and/or services, as they relate to this exhibit.

  • As these terms pertain to a particular Ordering Document, "Customer" means the Customer affiliate that enters into the particular Ordering Document, and that Customer affiliate shall be the party responsible for all duties, obligations, and liabilities under the Agreement as it pertains to that Ordering Document.

More Definitions of Ordering Document

Ordering Document means collectively the Order Form(s) and SOW(s).
Ordering Document means the instrument(s) of contracting, such as “PO”, “Purchase Order”, “Release”, “Contract”, “Subcontract”, “Task Order”, or other such type designation, into which this Agreement is incorporated.
