Provision of Professional Services. We will provide any Professional Services set out in a relevant Order Form in a professional and workmanlike manner, using reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry practice and any relevant SOW. Where it is necessary for Us or Our Group to visit your sites in order to perform Professional Services you shall at no cost to Us or Our Group: (a) provide reasonable access to any relevant sites at times to be agreed; (b) inform Us of health and safety, and security policies applicable at the sites; (c) ensure the sites are safe;

Provision of Professional Services. Customer and ServiceNow may enter into one or more SOWs or Use Authorizations subject to this Agreement, and which may incorporate one or more Service Descriptions for the provision of Professional Services. ServiceNow will perform the Professional Services, subject to the fulfillment of any responsibilities and payments due from Customer, as stated in the SOW or the Use Authorization.

If travel is required for Professional Services, We will discuss with you in the following order: (a) ways to avoid unnecessary travel; (b) sustainable forms of travel; and (c) offsetting remaining impacts through an Appointed Beneficiary.
Provision of Professional Services. Medical Group, as an independent contractor, shall be and remain fully responsible for all professional medical services provided at the Office. In no event shall Manager be deemed to be engaged in the practice of medicine. Provision of Professional Services. Unless otherwise set forth in an Ordering Document, none of the Professional Services will take place physically at any of your facilities, and all Professional Services will be conducted either at our facilities or via telephone, web conference, email or other form of electronic communication or connection that we determine. We may also use subcontractors to provide the Professional Services though we will remain responsible for their performance.
