Anonymous Data Sample Clauses

Anonymous Data. We may reduce Potentially Malicious Code to a cryptographic hash, and we may deconstruct, analyze and catalogue Potentially Malicious Code to determine functionality and potential to cause instability or damage to your systems or networks. We may also use the cryptographic hash to identify files on other systems as Potentially Malicious Code, and use and distribute the unique file hash to promote awareness, detection and prevention of internet security risks, in which case the unique file hash will be without attribution to you, your operations, or your systems or networks (“Anonymous Data”). We may also extract, compile, synthesize, and analyze data transmitted by the Software from your systems or networks, or information resulting from your use of the Software, in each case to the extent such data or information does not identify you, your operations, or your systems or networks or any person, which is also “Anonymous Data”. You agree that we may use, copy, modify, distribute and display Files, Anonymous Data and Potentially Malicious Code for our business purposes, including without limitation for developing, enhancing, and supporting products and services. Without limiting the foregoing, we will not identify you as the source of any Files or Potentially Malicious Code.

Anonymous Data. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Trinnex (i) may compile statistical information about the Access of the Services, (ii) may use data (including Customer Data) in aggregated and/or anonymized, de-identified form for security and operations management and for the improvement and development of existing and new products and services; provided that the use of Personal Data is subject at all times to Trinnex's obligations under this Section.

Anonymous Data. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Bottomline shall be freely able to create, use and disclose Anonymised Data for Bottomline’s own business purposes without restriction; provided that it is acknowledged and agreed that in respect of the Processing involved in the creation of such Anonymised Data, Bottomline: (a) will act as an independent Controller; and (b) shall seek to ensure that that Processing is carried out in accordance with Data Protection Laws.

Anonymous Data. The Supplier shall be entitled to use aggregated anonymised User Data created from data produced under this Agreement for the purposes of reporting on the performance, developing and providing new and different products/services. This paragraph shall survive the expiry or termination of the Agreement.

Anonymous Data. The Software may generate certain non-identifiable, aggregated and analytics information related to its operation and use which does not include any personally identifiable information of yourself or of other users (the "Anonymous Data"). Such Anonymous Data may include information related to scripts, test data and search terms. You acknowledge that the Company may collect, process, disclose, publish and use in any other manner such Anonymous Data in order to provide and improve the Company's products and services and for any other legitimate business purposes. The Company is and shall remain the exclusive owner of the Anonymous Data. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company's Software and related services do not require the Company to process, access or use any personally identifiable information or other data protected under applicable privacy laws (the "Personal Data"). Therefore, you hereby represent and warrant that (i) you will not transfer or otherwise make available to the Company any Personal Data, and (ii) you have obtained all applicable permits, authorizations and/or consents as to allow the Software's operation and functionality on your systems in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Anonymous Data. Provider may, subject to full compliance with any applicable data protection laws and restrictions (i) collect, develop, create, extract, compile, synthesize, analyze and commercialize statistical, benchmark, and other information related to the performance, operation and use of the Offerings, and (ii) use data from the Offerings in aggregated form for security and operations management, to create statistical analyses, and for research and development purposes (subsections (i) and (ii) are collectively referred to as “Service Analyses”). Provider may make Service Analyses publicly available; however, Service Analyses will not incorporate Customer Data or Confidential Information in a form that could serve to identify Customer or any individual. Service Analyses do not constitute personal data. Provider retains all intellectual property rights in Service Analyses

Anonymous Data. Licensee hereby grants to Licensor a non-exclusive, fully paid, world-wide and irrevocable license to use User Data as required to provide the Licensed Technology, and to copy, anonymize, aggregate, process and display User Data, to derive anonymous statistical and usage data related to the Licensed Technology ("Anonymous Data") to compile, combine or incorporate such Anonymous Data with or into other similar data and information available, derived or obtained from other clients, customers, licensees or users of Licensor, or otherwise (collectively, Anonymous Data and such compiled, combined or incorporated data and information shall be referred to as "Aggregate Data"), to permit Licensor to provide additional services to its customers, including the copying, publication, distribution, display, licensing or sale of Aggregate Data and related or similar other statistics or data to third parties pursuant to a separate licensing or services arrangement or agreement. Licensor will be the owner of all right, title and interest in and to Anonymous Data and Aggregate Data. Licensee's grant of license to copy, anonymize, aggregate, process, use and display User Data and Use Data shall survive the expiry or termination of this Agreement.

Anonymous Data. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Firefly shall be freely able to use and disclose Anonymised Data for Firefly’s own business purposes without restriction.

Anonymous Data. Licensee hereby grants to Muhimbi a non-exclusive, fully paid, world-wide and irrevocable license to use User Data as required to provide the Licensed Technology, and to copy, anonymize, aggregate, process and display User Data, to derive anonymous statistical and usage data related to the Licensed Technology ("Anonymous Data") to compile, combine or incorporate such Anonymous Data with or into other similar data and information available, derived or obtained from other clients, customers, licensees or users of Muhimbi, or otherwise (collectively, Anonymous Data and such compiled, combined or incorporated data and information shall be referred to as "Aggregate Data"), to permit Muhimbi to provide additional services to its customers, including the copying, publication, distribution, display, licensing or sale of Aggregate Data and related or similar other statistics or data to third parties pursuant to a separate licensing or services arrangement or agreement. Muhimbi will be the owner of all right, title and interest in and to Anonymous Data and Aggregate Data. Licensee's grant of license to copy, anonymize, aggregate, process, use and display User Data and Use Data shall survive the expiry or termination of this Agreement.
