The Master XXX chair will maintain a list of approved events.

Community Service Hours. The Contractor shall utilize governmental and nonprofit agencies when scheduling offenders to perform community service hours ordered by the Court. The Contractor is responsible for facilitating the community service hours of all offenders as ordered by the Court. The Contractor shall only utilize governmental and nonprofit agencies in which there is a written agreement regulating the supervision of offenders performing community service hours. The Contractor shall verify and report compliance and noncompliance of court ordered or agreed upon community service hours to the Clerk of Court, Court, or State Attorney. The Contractor shall be responsible to ensure offenders have or acquire special risk accident insurance which pays for necessary coverage while offenders perform their community service work. The Contractor is not permitted to utilize the services of probationers to perform community service work to the benefit of the Contractor.

Community Service Hours. Each bargaining unit employee will be entitled to four (4) hours of paid community service time. The time must be approved by the immediate supervisor and proof of volunteer work must be provided five (5) business days in advance of the leave and must be part of a local non-profit organization or fund raising event.
Community Service Hours. The Department of Residential Life, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to allow students to perform community service hours in restitution for damage or vandalism charges to residence hall areas. In such cases, one hour of community service will equal Ten Dollars ($10) toward the damage or vandalism charge. Should the student fail to complete the community service hours by the date given to the student by Residential Life, the student’s account will be billed for the full cost of repair that resulted from the student’s vandalism or damage to a residence hall area.

Drug Treatment/Mental Health Counseling either inpatient or outpatient. You may be required to participate in such programs and will be determined by your needs and ability to pay. You must successfully complete the program which will be determined by the counselor of the program and your Case Manager/ISO. Failure to successfully complete the program will result in bringing the case back before the judge. Placement in a more restrictive phase of the program. You could be placed at the beginning of the phase and be expected to complete the program from that point on. The assignment of this alternative is at the discretion of the Case Manager/ISO.
