The University shall direct to the Foundation any bequests or other gifts made directly to the University. When requesting distribution of funds, the University shall abide by any terms, conditions, or limitations imposed by the donor or any legal determination on the gift, and shall provide appropriate documentation with requests. The University bears primary responsibility for review and endorsement of distribution requests.
