Fund Raising. Business Associate shall not make or cause to be made any written fund-raising communication that is prohibited by 42 USC §17936(b) as of its Compliance Date.
Fund Raising. All fund raising activities must be approved by the Director at least two weeks prior to the event. Gate fees or charges are considered a fund raising activity, as well as the sale of merchandise by the Organization or private vendors. This may include private advertisement or other promotional signs or materials that have been paid for or donated. A Fund Raising Permit Application is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit D.
Fund Raising. In a coordinated and cooperative effort with the University, the Foundation shall create an environment conducive to increasing levels of private support for the mission and priorities of the University as established by the University. The Foundation, working with the University Chancellor, is responsible for planning and executing comprehensive fund-raising and donor-acquisition programs in support of the institution’s mission. These programs include annual giving, major gifts, planned gifts, special projects, and campaigns as appropriate. The Foundation will actively analyze the fundraising priorities presented by the Chancellor and assess the feasibility of each new priority. The Foundation will not engage in fundraising for any project not approved by the Chancellor.

Fund Raising. Curator shall seek funding from both private and public sources so as to fund all costs associated with interdisciplinary exhibits and programming services. Said fund raising efforts must be clearly defined under the Historical and Cultural Society of Clay County name and not the Hjemkomst Center. To aid in Curator’s fund raising efforts, City agrees to forgive its $25,000 short-term loan dated October 17, 2006.
Fund Raising. No funds awarded through this Grant are to be shared with or used to pay fees or wages for the services of fund raising or consulting firms.

Fund Raising. (a) The Company shall use its reasonable efforts to consummate a private placement (a "Private Placement") of debt or equity securities of the Company or otherwise attain net assets in excess of two million dollars ($2,000,000) within one (1) year from the date of execution of this Agreement. The Company agrees that it will use its reasonable efforts to conduct any such Private Placement at a pre-money value equal to two million dollars ($2,000,000).
