Service Hours. Coverage parameters specific to the service(s) covered in this Agreement are as follows: Telephone Support: 24 x 7 x 365 Email Support: 24 x 7 x 365 (These do not include after-hours support)
Service Hours. The services shall be provided during normal LHD and/or Local HPP Entity working hours and days, as well as other hours and days the LHD deems appropriate.
Service Hours. Customer may log in to the Service twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, subject to maintenance periods and the terms and provisions of this Agreement. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the performance and completion of Service transactions are subject to Bank’s business days and hours of operation, Bank’s published policies and procedures, the hours of operation of departments within Bank performing Service transactions, applicable law and regulations, the provisions of this Agreement, and the provisions of other Bank customer agreements governing specific types of transactions to be performed under this Agreement. Customer agrees that Bank shall not be liable for any delay in the processing or settlement of Service transactions resulting from the foregoing.
Service Hours. Online Banking Services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year — except during system maintenance and upgrades or when interrupted by circumstances beyond Ally Bank's control. However, Ally eCheck Deposit, bill payments, transfers between Ally and non-Ally accounts, and transfers to and from other people using Popmoney® can only be processed on Business Days. Service Hours. Regular maintenance services, emergency services and special equipment upgrade services will be performed during the hours of 8:00 am to 1:00 am, local time, seven days a week, for the relevant Service Site. Any request for emergency services received after 11:00 pm local time will be treated as a request for maintenance services the following morning.
