The CPC may include up to four (4) members of the bar- gaining unit in each college except the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences, in which the CPC may include up to six (6) members of the bargaining unit, and the College of Science, Tech- nology, Engineering, and Mathematics, in which the CPC may include up to seven (7) members of the bargaining unit. In the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences, the CPC may include up to three (3) members of the bargaining unit from the Humanities, and three (3) from the Social Sciences. In the College of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics the CPC may in- clude up to three (3) members of the bargaining unit from Engineering and Technology, and up to four (4) from the Sciences, Mathematics and Statistics, and Computer Science and Information Systems. Applicants for promotion shall be ineligible to serve on the CPC. CPC members may serve no more than two consecutive one (1) year terms. The election of the CPCs shall be managed by the Xxxx. Probationary faculty, tenured faculty and Department Chairs may vote for the CPC members. Each Xxxx will send a list of the CPC mem- bers to Human Resources by December 15.   • Selection Committee A. Each building site will appoint a selection committee for the TLS. The committee shall be comprised of equal numbers of teachers and administrators and at least one teacher will be appointed by the Des Moines Education Association.

  • Joint Consultation Committee 5.0.1 A Joint Consultation Committee will be established to consult about issues relating to the workplace that affect the Parties or any employee bound by this Agreement.

  • Union Committee The Union shall appoint and maintain a Committee comprising persons who are employees of the Employer, and/or the Senior Union Official, or her/his representative, which shall be known as the Union Committee.   • LIAISON COMMITTEE 8.01 A Liaison Committee shall be established which shall meet on an informal basis at the call of any of the parties signatory hereto, to discuss matters of mutual interest pertaining to the Project and/or this Agreement, with the objective of promoting and maintaining beneficial relations and cooperation between the parties, and of ensuring the achievement of the purposes of this Agreement.   • TRANSITION COMMITTEE 8.1.0 A transition committee comprised of the employee representatives and the employer representatives, including the Crown, will be established by January 31, 2016 to address all matters that may arise in the creation of the Trust.

  • Negotiation Committee (A) The Union may designate certain employees to serve on its Negotiation Committee, and such employees will be granted administrative leave to attend negotiating sessions with the state. No employee shall be credited with more than the number of hours in the employee's regular workday for any day the employee is in negotiations. The agency shall not reimburse employees for travel, meals, lodging, or any expense incurred in connection with attendance at negotiating sessions.

  • Development Committee As soon as practicable, the Parties will establish a joint development committee, comprised of up to [**] representatives of Verve and up to [**] representatives of Acuitas (the “JDC”). One such representative from each Party will be such Party’s Workplan Leader. Each Party may replace its Workplan Leader and other JDC representatives at any time upon written notice to the other Party, provided, however, that each Party shall use reasonable efforts to ensure continuity on the JDC. With the consent of the other Party (which will not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed), each Party may invite non-voting employees and consultants to attend JDC meetings, subject to their agreement to be bound to the same extent as a permitted subcontractor under Section 3.1(i).

  • JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 18.01 A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply.
