Assistant Professor. The load assignment for fixed-term assistant professors of 0.5 FTE or higher shall be assigned 36 instructional hours and 9 hours assigned as scholarship, service, and outreach computed on a 1.0 FTE load unless they exercise the 45-hour load option outlined in paragraph (e) below.
