Joint Consultation Committee a) A committee known as the Joint Consultation Committee shall be established by the parties.
Joint Consultation Committee. 8.01 On the request of either party, the parties must meet at least once every four (4) months, for the purpose of discussing issues relating to the workplace that affect the parties or any employee bound by the Agreement.
Joint Consultation Committee a) There shall be a joint Union-Management Committee composed of two (2) representatives appointed from the Union and two (2) representatives appointed from Management. The Committee shall meet no less than once every three (3) months, unless mutually agreed otherwise.

Joint Consultation Committee. 17.1 The Union and the Employer agree that consultation and com munication on matters of joint in terest are desirable to promote constructive and harmonious relations.
Joint Consultation Committee. For the period of the Agreement, the Joint Consultation Committee shall be responsible for developing and recommending policy concerning the implementation of the equitable allocation of workload as described in this Agreement. The Committee shall receive and recommend to the President resolutions to written appeals submitted by Faculty Members on workload issues, and shall make recommendations about the equitable allocation of workload to the President and the Faculty Association.
Joint Consultation Committee. 8:01 A joint consultation committee will be established and maintained in each of the permanent correctional institutions. Each committee shall consist of no more than four (4) representatives of the government and four (4) representatives of the Union which shall include the local negotiator, vice president or designate. Except by mutual agreement, this committee shall meet once each month for the purpose of discussing matters of mutual concern, and which either party considers appropriate for discussion by the committee.
Joint Consultation Committee. 34:01 A Joint Consultation Committee may be established and maintained. The Committee shall consist of no more than three (3) representatives of the Agency and three (3) representatives of the Union. The Committee shall meet as required to discuss matters of mutual concern and which both parties consider appropriate for discussion by the Committee. A written agenda of items to be discussed will be required prior to the establishment of any meeting date.
Joint Consultation Committee. (a) A Joint Consultation Committee shall be established consisting of not less than two (2) nor more than three (3) representatives of the Employer and not less than two (2) nor more than three (3) representatives of the Union. Either party can request that a meeting be convened and such meeting must be held not later than fifteen (15) calendar days after the request has been made. Such time may be extended by mutual consent of both parties. However the parties shall meet at least once every two (2) months for the purpose of discussing issues relating to the workplace that affect the parties or any employee bound by this Agreement.
Joint Consultation Committee. 7.01 A Joint Committee composed of a maximum of four (4) representatives of each party shall be established within fourteen (14) days of the signing of this Agreement.
