Liaison Committee. A Liaison committee consisting of two members of the CEO appointed by the CEO and two members of the FVWDB appointed by the Chairperson of the FVWDB shall be convened upon the joint call of the Chairpersons of the CEO and FVWDB to resolve conflicts of issues of mutual concern.
