Tenured faculty should be placed in other positions at the College whenever possible, but failing that, should receive a minimum of two years notice prior to termination.
Tenured faculty members shall receive a sustained performance evaluation once every seven years following the award of tenure or their most recent promotion.
Tenured faculty or faculty currently being reviewed for tenure are eligible to apply for their first sabbatical leave only if they expect to have completed, by the end of the current academic year, six years of full-time faculty employment, defined here as teaching, or its equivalent in reassigned time, as part of a faculty contract.
