CHAPTER RIGHTS. A. The Chapter shall have the right to conduct official business at the College, provided that this business does not interfere with normal operations of the College.
B. Faculty Committees and the Chapter shall have the right to use one (1) separate office in a College building. The Board shall provide appropriate furnishings and a telephone with its own number or extension number for this office. The Chapter shall reimburse the Board for use of the telephone for Chapter business.
C. The Chapter shall have the right to use College buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings and other official business, provided that the policies of the Board pertaining to the use of buildings and applying to all officially recognized organizations are followed.
D. The Chapter shall have the right to use facilities, equipment, and services if available at the College, including audio-visual, duplicating, computing equipment, food services, and other services. The Chapter shall pay for this use at cost to the Board.
E. The Chapter shall have the right to use existing designated bulletin boards for the publication of official notices.
CHAPTER RIGHTS. 4.§1 The Chapter retains and reserves unto itself all rights, powers, authority, duties, and responsibilities conferred upon or vested in it by law, except as limited by the specific and express terms of this Agreement. The Board and Administration agrees not to enter into any agreement or understanding with the bargaining unit faculty members, individually or collectively, that in any way conflicts with the terms and provisions of this Agreement.
4.§1.1 The Chapter shall nominate faculty representatives to the Athletic Board. As vacancies occur on this committee, Western shall seek nominations from the Chapter.
4.§1.2 The Administration shall notify the Chapter of all additional University-wide committees formed during the life of this Agreement and shall seek timely nominations from the Chapter for any vacancy or vacancies that are created or occur.
CHAPTER RIGHTS. 31.1 The CSU-AAUP shall continue to be permitted reasonable use, to the extent permitted by law, of University facilities, services and publications on the same basis and at the same cost as other recognized campus organizations.
31.2 Office space shall continue to be retained at SR161, 162, and priority scheduling of SR 168, or a mutually-agreed-upon space, at no cost to the chapter beyond telecommunication charges incurred by the chapter.
31.3 A secured bulletin board for the CSU-AAUP shall continue to be provided in ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Tower.
31.4 The Chapter shall continue to be allowed to establish up to five phone mail distribution lists through telecommunication services.
31.5 Phone mail with space for five messages shall continue to be provided on the Chapter's campus extension line.
31.6 Effective with the 2017-2018 academic year, the CSU-AAUP shall be allowed up to twenty-eight
CHAPTER RIGHTS. The Chapter shall have the right to transact official Chapter business on School District property after the conclusion of the workday or at other reasonable times as determined by the building administrator provided it does not interfere or interrupt classes or other normal operations. School rooms or other meeting rooms shall be made available for Chapter use as reasonably requested, without charge, except the District may make a reasonable charge when special services are required. The Chapter will complete a Building Use Form when intending to use District facilities. An Employee on swing or night shift may attend an evening meeting of the Chapter within their building with the approval of their supervisor. One Chapter representative from each building may attend a Chapter meeting in another building with approval of their supervisor. Such employees shall be obligated to make up the time either before or after the shift, unless the employee can attend the meeting during their lunch break. The Chapter shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment at reasonable times when not otherwise in use. The Chapter shall pay the cost of materials, supplies and repairs incidental to such use. When using District equipment the Chapter agrees to follow all District policies, administrative regulations, state and federal law regarding its use. The District’s electronic mail system may be used by the union for union-related communications including, but not limited to, communications related to:
(a) Collective bargaining
(b) Grievance or other dispute investigations
(c) Governance of the union. The chapter recognizes that all electronic mail use is subject to District email polices and rights concerning use of its electronic mail, including the District’s right to access and review communications sent over its system. The Chapter shall have the right to the exclusive use of bulletin boards, provided and maintained by the District, in each of the buildings where classified employees work, for posting notices pertaining to them such as job openings and meetings. The Chapter president shall regularly receive written agenda, minutes, and other public materials provided to members of the Board. The District shall provide the Chapter President, the OSEA Field Representative and OSEA’s Director of Fiscal Operations at: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ with an editable Excel spreadsheet containing the following information for each employee in the bargaining unit:

CHAPTER RIGHTS. A. The Chapter may use College building facilities for meetings provided that such use shall not interfere with nor interrupt normal College operation and subject to agreement by the administration as to the reasonableness of time and location selected. Such agreement shall not be unreasonably withheld.
B. Duly authorized representatives of the Chapter shall be permitted to transact official Chapter business on College property provided that this shall not interfere with nor interrupt normal College operations and subject to agreement by the administration as to the frequency and reasonableness of time selected. Such agreement shall not be unreasonably withheld.
C. The College will provide reasonable bulletin board space for posting of official Chapter notices or other information of a non-controversial nature. Every notice so posted shall bear the name of the official Chapter representative responsible for it and a removal date. The College retains the right to remove derogatory materials. The Chapter may make reasonable use of adjunct faculty mailboxes and the College mailing services, exclusive of the postage meter.
D. The College and the Chapter agree to furnish to each other such existing and unprivileged documents as may be reasonably required and requested to process any grievance under this Agreement or to negotiate a collective bargaining agreement.
E. The College shall provide a mailbox in the Faculty Lounge for the specific purpose of receipt of mail by the Chapter.
CHAPTER RIGHTS. The AAUP-LS shall be permitted reasonable use, to the extent permitted by law, of University facilities, services and publications on the same basis and at the same cost as other recognized campus organizations. Office space shall be provided at a mutually-agreed-upon space, at no cost to the chapter beyond telecommunication charges incurred by the chapter. A secured bulletin board for the AAUP-LS shall be provided in the faculty mailbox room. Phone mail with space for five messages shall continue to be provided on the Chapter's campus extension line. Effective with the 2016-2017 academic year, the AAUP-LS shall be allowed up to six (6) semester credit hours of released time per academic year to be assigned to its officers. In the academic year in which the negotiations for a successor agreement commence, the released time allowed shall be increased to twelve
CHAPTER RIGHTS. 6.1. The RSF Operator shall have the right:
6.1.1. At its own initiative, if there are objective grounds and unilaterally, to change the Service Fees and/or the provisions of the Rules by publishing them on the website of the RSF Operator at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇/konteineriu-terminalu-paslaugos and information on the Railway Undertaking in Writing not later than 60 (sixty) calendar days before the entry into force of changes. A notice made public and sent in Writing is regarded to be appropriate information provided to the Railway Undertaking on unilateral change of the Service Fees and/or the Rules. It shall be considered that the Railway Undertaking agrees with these changes if fails to notify the RSF Operator of its disagreement before the day of entry into force of such changes;
6.1.2. To suspend the Service availability in the cases and in accordance with the procedure established in these Rules and the Agreement;
6.1.3. To demand from the Railway Undertaking compensation for all expenses incurred in relation to debt recovery.
6.2. The Railway Undertaking shall have the right:
6.2.1. To cancel part of the Service ordered in Annex No. 2 to the Agreement by informing of that the RSF Operator immediately by email ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇. If the Railway Undertaking cancels part of the ordered Service 60 calendar days before the scheduled date of providing thereof – no fee for cancellation of the Service shall be applied.
CHAPTER RIGHTS. The Chapter shall have the right to meet with unit members at school sites at a time and place authorized by the District. Use of District facilities shall be made available provided such meetings do not interfere with school programs and/or duties of District employees. Organizational representatives shall have reasonable access to all school buildings during lunch or before and after school to discuss organizational business with all employees, provided it does not interfere with the educational program or normal operation of the school or district. It shall be the responsibility of the organizational representative to inform the building principal or, in his absence, the office secretary when on-site visits are made. Upon request the District will provide meeting facilities for the Chapter provided such facilities are available. It is agreed the Chapter shall pay any fees for any additional expenses incurred by the District related to the Chapter's use of facilities for utilities, security, cleanup or any unusual wear or damage. The Chapter shall have use of school mailboxes and bulletin board space, electronic, and other forms of communication as designated by the District subject to reasonable times subject to the rights guaranteed under the Educational Employment Relations Act. All posted material and items placed in the school mailboxes shall contain the date of posting or distribution and the identification of the organization Chapter. The Chapter shall have the right to be supplied with a complete "hire date" seniority roster of all bargaining unit employees of the effective date of this Agreement and annually thereafter. The roster shall indicate the employee's present classification and primary job site. The Chapter shall have the right to review at all reasonable times any public material in the possession of or produced by the District reasonably necessary for CSEA to fulfill its role as the exclusive bargaining representative. The Chapter shall have the right to release time not to exceed a total of five (5) days per year for an employee who is a State officer or Chapter delegate to CSEA Annual Conference to attend said meetings or conferences at no expense to the District other than the cost of release time. 4.§1.1 The Chapter shall nominate faculty representatives to the Affirmative Action Advisory Committee and the Athletic Board. As vacancies occur in the committees named above, Western shall seek nominations from the Chapter.

CHAPTER RIGHTS. A. The Chapter and its representatives shall have the right to reasonable access to the College premises to conduct official Chapter business including but not limited to membership meetings provided it does not interfere with the educational process or operations of the College.
B. Non-employee adjunct faculty Chapter representatives shall have reasonable access to the College premises to conduct official Chapter business.
C. The College shall provide reasonable bulletin board space for the posting of Chapter related materials on each Campus.
D. The Chapter may use the College internet system and internal mail system for communicating with its unit members.
E. Upon request, the College agrees to furnish to the Chapter the approved minutes of the public Brookdale Community College Board of Trustees meetings.
