Adult employees. The prior application of any Notional Agreement Preserving State Awards, specifically the ‘Hairdressers’ Industry Award – State 2003 [AN140140 – Qld] and the ‘Beauty Therapy Industry Award – State 2003 [AN140026 – Qld]; Preserved State Agreement; Federal Award or pre‐reform Certified Agreement shall have no further effect. [Disputed cases are to be referred to the Vice President.] This arbitrated wage adjustment may be offset against any equivalent amount in rates of pay received by employees whose wages and conditions of employment are regulated by this Agreement which are above the wage rates prescribed in the Agreement. Such payments include wages payable pursuant to certified agreements, currently operating enterprise flexibility agreements, Queensland workplace agreements, Agreement amendments to give effect to enterprise agreements and overagreement arrangements.
