The 'Weekly Rates' clause defines the pricing structure for services or goods based on a weekly billing period. Such classifications and rates therefore, together with the allowances payable in accordance with Appendix 2, are to cover all aspects of the business of the Company including any premises or worksites at which employees of the Company might need to perform their duties on behalf of the Company. Employees who have completed 12 months accumulative service at TSW1 or GSW4 on ASC sites and have displayed to management their ability to work at this level will be paid as such. The rates of pay in this Agreement comprehend all the conditions under which work is to be performed. For the life of this agreement all periods of employment under the agreement will be deemed to be continuous.
Weekly Rates. The quoted weekly rate is per person unless otherwise stated. The week starts no earlier than 3pm Sunday and runs until departure on the following Saturday morning at 8:00 am. No meals are provided on Sunday so you need to make your own arrangements for meals. If you want to arrive or depart sometime other than the above stated times, you will need prior approval and an additional charge of $100.00 US per person, per night will be assessed. Food and lodging are included in the quoted price, along with some transportation, depending on the type of ▇▇▇▇ you have chosen, basic game care, and tracking.

Weekly Rates. A Weekly Rate for any Tax Exempt Bond shall be determined for each Weekly Rate Period as follows:
(i) Weekly Rate Periods shall commence on Wednesday of each week and end on the day preceding the first day of the next Weekly Rate Period; except that (a) in the case of a conversion from a different Rate Period, the Weekly Rate Period for Bonds shall commence on the last Interest Payment Date of the Bonds so converted and end on the day preceding the first day of the next Weekly Rate Period; (b) in the case of a conversion from a Weekly Rate Period to a different Rate Period, the last Weekly Rate Period prior to conversion shall end on the last day immediately preceding the Conversion Date to the new Rate Period.
(ii) The Weekly Rate for each Weekly Rate Period shall be effective from and including the commencement date of such period and shall remain in effect through and including the last day thereof. Each such Weekly Rate shall be determined by the Remarketing Agent no later than the commencement date of the Weekly Rate Period to which it relates and shall be provided to the Paying Agent and the Company by the Remarketing Agent by written notice by the close of business on the date of determination.
(iii) If the Remarketing Agent fails to establish a Weekly Rate with respect to any Tax Exempt Bond bearing interest at Weekly Rates, the Weekly Rate Period shall automatically convert to the Daily Rate Period and the Daily Rate shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.2(b)(i) and (ii) hereof. The Paying Agent shall promptly notify all Bondholders affected thereby of any conversion to the Daily Rate pursuant to Section 3.2(a)(ii)(A).
(iv) Notice of Weekly Rates determined for each Weekly Rate Period during the preceding Interest Period shall be given by the Paying Agent by first class mail to each Registered Owner of any Tax Exempt Bond bearing interest at a Weekly Rate by monthly statement within seven Business Days after each Interest Payment Date on which interest at a Weekly Rate or Rates is to be paid.
