Plant and Machinery definition

Plant and Machinery means electrical and mechanical items including electronic and other integral parts of the Insured Items including Boilers, Pressure Vessels and Pressure Pipe Systems as defined above.
Plant and Machinery means apparatus, equipment and machinery fixed to earth by foundation or structural support that are used for making outward supply of goods or services or both and includes such foundation or structural support but excludes-

Plant and Machinery means, in relation to a Chargor, any plant and machinery, vehicles, office equipment, computers and other chattels (excluding any forming part of its stock in trade or work in progress) in which that Chargor has an interest and, in each case, all Related Rights.
