Call Back. Where employees are called back to work after having completed a regular shift, and prior to the commencement of their next regular shift, they shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours of work or four (4) hours pay at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) their regular hourly earnings. Superior provisions shall remain.
Call Back. An employee recalled to work overtime after leaving the employer's enterprise (whether notified before or after leaving the enterprise) is to be paid for a minimum of four hours work at the rate of time and one half for the first three hours and double time thereafter (or double time for the full period for continuous shift workers). There are a number of conditions which apply to this provision:
Call Back. 40.13 When a part-time employee meets the requirements to receive call-back pay in accordance with 38.01 and is entitled to receive the minimum payment rather than pay for actual time worked, the part-time employee shall be paid a minimum payment of four (4) hours pay at the straight-time rate.
Call Back. 7.2.1 An employee shall be paid for a minimum of three hours, or for actual working and travelling time, whichever is the greater, when the employee:
Call Back. An employee called out to work at a time not contiguous with the employee’s scheduled hours of work shall be credited for actual time worked, or a minimum of four hours, whichever is greater. The rate of compensation shall be in accordance with the Rules of the State Personnel System.
Call Back. When a Nurse is required to report back to work after leaving the premises of the Employer following completion of a shift, but before the commencement of her next shift, she shall be paid for the extra time worked at a minimum of four (4) hours pay at straight time rates or overtime in accordance with Article 7.11, whichever is greater.
Call Back. Where employees are called back to work after having completed a regular shift and prior to the commencement of their next regular shift they shall receive a minimum of three (3) hours of work or three hours pay minimum, at the rate of time and one-half (1 ½) their regular hourly earnings. Where call-back is immediately prior to the commencement of their regular shift the call-back pay will only apply to the point of commencement of a regular shift at the rate of time and one-half (1 ½) after which they shall revert back to the regular shift.
Call Back. 21.1 An employee recalled to work overtime after leaving the enterprise’s business premises (whether notified before or after leaving the premises) will be paid for a minimum of three hours work at the appropriate rates for each time the employee is so recalled. Except in the case of unforeseen circumstances arising the employee will not be required to work the full three hours if the job or jobs the employee was recalled to perform be completed within a shorter period.
Call Back. Return of an employee to a specified work site to perform assigned duties at the express authorization of the EMPLOYER at a time other than an assigned shift. An extension of or early report to an assigned shift is not a call back.
Call Back. Employees called back to work on their regular time off shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours overtime pay at the applicable overtime rate, or shall be paid at the applicable overtime rate for the time worked, whichever is greater. These employees shall receive a transportation allowance based on the cost of taking a taxi from their home to the Employer's place of business and return or, if the employee normally drives his/her automobile to work the allowance in Article 27.12 from the employee's home to the Employer's place of business and return. The minimum allowance shall be two dollars ($2.00).
