Access Method. You may access the Services through Grid Status’s website, integrated service platform, online portal, or via API (together, the “Portal”).
Access Method. You acknowledge you are fully responsible for all activities that occur through the use of any password, user ID or other access methods (each, an “Access Method”) you may be granted as a registered member or registered supporter of 100WHF, whether or not such use is authorized by you. You agree not to access or attempt to access Connect or any password-protected portions of the Site without an authorized Access Method or through any means other than by utilizing your authorized Access Method on the appropriate web page or web tools.
Access Method. The Access Method bit is set to one in all frames transmitted within a hard or private DRP reservation block by the reservation owner or target prior to the release of the reservation block, including the UDA and UDR control frames that release the reservation block. The Access Method bit may be set to one in frames transmitted within a Soft DRP reservation block without backoff by the reservation owner. The Access Method bit in an Imm-ACK, B-ACK or CTS control frame is set to the same value as the Access Method bit in the corresponding received frame. The Access Method bit is set to zero in frames transmitted at all other times, other than in beacon frames. The Access Method bit is reserved in beacon frames.
Access Method x. Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx Users’ access and use of the Access Method and the Platform are expressly subject to Xxxxxx compliance with the terms of this Agreement and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
