Eligible Articles has the meaning given in clause 2.1 of this Part D. Eligible Authors: Authors who are affiliated with Subscriber (including any Consortia Member), where affiliated means current students enrolled at the Subscriber (including any Consortia Member) or current staff employed by the Subscriber (including any Consortia Member) at the time of article acceptance. In case of articles published by multiple authors only the corresponding author may qualify as an Eligible Author. Open Access Article(s): An Eligible Article which is published in a BMJ Standard Collection journal which is published under a Creative Commons licence pursuant to clause 3 of this Part D. Permanent Read Fee: The part of the annual fee payable under this Agreement by Subscriber as set out in Part A which permits access to the non open access content in the BMJ Standard Collection journals. Publication Fee: The part of the annual fee payable under this Agreement by Subscriber as set out in Part A which enables Eligible Authors to publish research as Open Access Articles in any BMJ Standard Collection journal under this Agreement by way of the APC Fund.
Eligible Articles means articles by Eligible Authors which are editorially accepted for publication in an Open Choice Journal, with an Approval Date during the Term. In order to be considered for publication in an Open Choice Journal an article must (i) be original, (ii) not violate any law and/or infringe third party rights, (iii) meet all ethical standards as required in the current guidelines of the Committee for Publication Ethics (COPE) and other policies of Licensor or the relevant journal, and (iv) be one of the following article types (“Article Types”)

Examples of Eligible Articles in a sentence

  • The Institution agrees to inform Corresponding Authors that this Licence is in place and that their Eligible Articles can be made Open Access Articles on acceptance in the Licensed Titles.

  • Eligible Articles Tariff items eligible for preferential tariff treatment under USMCA will have a Special Program Indicator (SPI).

  • The Institution agrees to inform Eligible Corresponding Authors that this Licence is in place and that their Eligible Articles (Hybrid) can be made Open Access Material on acceptance in the Hybrid Journals listed in Exhibit 1 A (where marked as hybrid publishing).

Eligible Articles means materials eligible for open access publication within the framework of this Agreement. Eligible Articles shall be submitted by Eligible Authors.

Related to Eligible Articles

  • Model Articles means the model articles for private companies limited by shares contained in Schedule 1 of the Companies (Model Articles) Regulations 2008 (SI 2008/3229) as amended prior to the adoption of these articles;

  • Single-service articles means cups, containers, lids, closures, plates, knives, forks, spoons, stirrers, paddles, straws, napkins, wrapping materials, toothpicks, and similar articles intended for one-time, one-person use and then discarded.

  • Cross-Series Modification means a modification involving (i) the Bonds or any agreement governing the issuance or administration of the Bonds, and (ii) the debt securities of one or more other series or any agreement governing the issuance or administration of such other debt securities.
