The Employer shall deduct from the employee's weekly earnings, working or administrative dues in the amount of six percent (6%) of gross weekly wages, of which twenty-five cents ($0.25) per hour earned is remitted to the LIUNA Atlantic Region District Council dues, and an additional five cents ($0.05) per hour earned is remitted to the LIUNA Atlantic Region District Council Organizing Fund.
