Total Fee. City agrees to pay Appraiser an amount not to exceed Dollars ($ ). The fee is based on the performance of the Services, and shall be billed using rates as set forth in Exhibit A. All work shall be completed on or before , 20 . If any additional services beyond the Services outlined in Exhibit A are deemed to be necessary, the compensation for said services shall be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Total Fee. The sum of the Fee and Event Expenses is the Total Fee. The Total Fee (minus the Deposit) is due according to the following schedule: . Licensee will not be permitted to use the Facility if the required payment(s) have not been timely received by University. If Licensee fails to make a payment within five (5) days after payment is due, Licensee shall pay University a late fee equal to five percent (5%) of the amount which is overdue, together with interest on any unpaid balance in an amount equal to the lesser of ten percent (10%) per annum or the highest rate allowed by law. University shall apply any payment it receives from Licensee first to the late fee, then to interest and the remainder to the Total Fee. A fee of twenty and NO/100 dollars ($20.00) is assessed for all checks returned by the bank.
Total Fee. (1) During the first 12 months of operations of Alpha Opportunity Series, the Series shall pay the Adviser an investment advisory fee equal to 2.00% of average daily net assets, accrued daily and paid monthly (without any adjustment of the type discussed below).

Total Fee. The total consideration payable to FPC in consideration of the Services to be performed under this Agreement is $600,000 (the “Service Fee”). Company shall reimburse FPC for reasonable out of pocket expenses incurred by FPC in providing Services including, without limitation, costs of travel.

Total Fee. City agrees to pay Consulting Engineer at actual hourly costs and directly reimbursable fees in accordance with the attached rate schedule attached hereto as Schedule C. The total amount paid to the Consulting Engineer shall be the actual hours expended multiplied by the hourly rate from Schedule C, plus directly reimbursable fees as computed from Schedule C. Total Fee. City agrees to pay Consultant an amount not to exceed Two hundred thirty- two thousand, one hundred dollars ($232,100), including reimbursable expenses. The fee is based on the performance of the Services, and shall be billed using rates and reimbursable expenses as set forth in Exhibit A. All work shall be completed on or before July 8, 2016. If any additional services beyond the Services outlined in Exhibit A are deemed to be necessary, the compensation for said services shall be outlined in a supplemental agreement as required above and shall be billed at the hourly rates set forth in Exhibit B.
