Annual Increase. During the Contract Period, the Compensation Committee of the Board and the Board shall review Executive’s compensation on an annual basis. The Board may, in the exercise of its discretion, award Executive increased compensation to reflect the impact of inflation, his performance, Employer's financial performance, and competitive compensation levels, all as determined in the sole discretion of the Board. Any increase in compensation may take any form, including but not limited to an increase in annual salary.

Annual Increase. During the Contract Period, the Board of Directors of the Employer shall review not less than annually, the Executive’s compensation and shall award him or her additional compensation to reflect the Executive’s performance and the performance of the Employer and the Company corporate group, and competitive compensation levels, all as determined in the discretion of the Board of Directors of the Employer. Additional compensation may take any form including but not limited to increases in annual salary, incentive bonuses and/or bonuses not tied to performance.
Annual Increase. Service Company shall have the right to increase the Services Fee at any time, and any such increases shall be immediately effective; provided, however, that, in any fiscal year, Service Company’s aggregate total increases in the Services Fee for such fiscal year may not exceed five percent of the Services Fee then in effect on the first day of such fiscal year. Annual Increase. Employees shall be granted annual step increases on July 1 provided the employee is not at the top of the salary range attached to his/her classification and provided the employee's work performance is satisfactory as reflected in his/ her performance evaluation. Newly hired employees must be working March 1 to be eligible for the annual step increase. Regular employees that are promoted to a higher classified position after March 1, who have received a minimum of a 5% increase as a result of the promotion are not eligible for a step increase in that position on July 1.
